While most people have come out strongly in support of Salman Khan, a few like Farah Khan Ali and singer Abhijeet, quite clearly overwhelmed and shocked by the verdict, posted utterly senseless tweets (Read article). However, the most sensible tweet of the day, came from someone who is often unfairly criticised for her poor IQ.

The verdict on Salman Khan’s hit and run case is expected at around 11:30AM. The superstar was tried under the charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, which is punishable with imprisonment up to 10 years. If the verdict goes against him, Salman will be taken into custody immediately. He will have to apply to the high court for bail.

The producer of the film, Ritesh Sidhwani, also confirmed that the sequel to the 2008 classic ‘Rock On!!’ will release in August next year. “‘Rock On!! 2? starts at the end of August and the film will release next August” Sidhwani told reporters at HT Delhi’s Most Stylish Awards 2015.
