Jab Tak Hai Jaan has dropped by 13% on it’s 8th day at the box office. The film is now unlikely to cross the 100 crore mark in it’s first extended week.
While business in Maharashtra was back to normal on Tuesday, it didn’t help the film put up a bigger cumulative total.

- Tuesday – 15.23 crore
- Wednesday – 19.54 crore (28% growth)
- Thursday – 14.45 crore (26% drop)
- Friday – 11.17 crore (22% drop)
- Saturday – 10.38 crore (7% drop)
- Sunday – 9.96 crore (4% drop)
- Monday – 5.36 crore (46% drop)
- Tuesday – 4.66 crore (13% drop)
- Total – 90.75 crore
The problem for Jab Tak Hai Jaan has been the drop in business almost everyday. The film should be able to add around 8 crores in the next 2 days, taking it’s first week (10 day) total to 99 crore nett.
Second weekend will decide if Jab Tak Hai Jaan can go on to be Shahrukh Khan’s biggest grosser in India.

@fact, for ett first tuesday was holiday inr most parts of the country. After watching jthj twice what i feel is, this movie got repeat viewing, i liked the movie more when i watched second time. Tuesday collection comes around 9 crore for both the movies, i think its a very good no.. Now im sure jthj will cross 145 crore mark coz masala movie like sos will only run for maximum 2 week and jthj will have long run for sure
SRK is good actor..no doubt in that..but now a days his script selection is not good..i know srk fans will not accept this..but its the truth..Aamir is no 1 in script selection..
For a movie of a budget of 60 cr a collection around 125-130 cr will be blockbuster as they call Rowdy rathore 131 cr.
But for SOS Budget 80 cr still behind JTHJ even 100 cr will be average or hit

1. We never said JTHJ is a loser. It has done well both in India and overseas. Just that, it was expecting to break records and even cross 200 crores. It has failed to do that.
2. We have never said SOS is a profitable film either. Ajay Devgn hasn’t revealed the film’s budget. And it is not 80 crore.
