Salman Khan is currently the top contender to win his first Filmfare Best Actor award, but the competition gets tougher when it comes to the most prestigious award in the country – The National Award for Best Acting.
In a career spanning 2 and a half decades, Salman hasn’t won too many acting awards, but his performance in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ has been received well both by the critics and the audience.
When Salman was asked for his reaction to his fans demanding a National Award for him, the superstar said his National Award is the love from his audience.
“It’s really sweet of them. I really appreciate what they are saying and I have been hearing a lot about this but I think there are a lot of other people who deserve a National Award more than I do.”
“But for me, people have loved the film, appreciated it and even watched it three, four of five times. I think’s that’s the National Award for me, which the public has already given me.” Salman said.

i don’t know what was special in baby a mixture of holiday and s26. gabbar was better than baby and all of akki performence not even 10% of salman only kids who don’t feel emotions can choose akki over salman.
Baby was thrashed by audiences and gobar fans say that akshay gobar kumar should get National award. whatta a joke! Tewar was still better compared to torturous crap baby which was not only illogical mindless action thriller movie but the overactor misfit gobar akshay kumar’s overacting ruined it even more. Tewar was still far better than baby. So Arjun Kapoor is still better choice for national award than akshay gobar kumar.
