The official release date of Shahrukh Khan’s much-awaited ‘Dilwale’ has been announced. Like ‘Dhoom 3’ and ‘PK’, two films that set all-time records at the box office, ‘Dilwale’ will release a week before Christmas on 18th December 2015.
The makers are currently shooting for the film in Bulgaria, after which they are expected to shoot some under-water sequences in Mauritius.

The final release date of ‘Dilwale’ sets up a clash with two other films that are also scheduled to release on the same day – Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ starring Ranveer Singh – Deepika Padukone and Feroz Nadiadwala’s ‘Hera Pheri 3’.
The situation is similar to last year, when ‘Bombay Velvet’, ‘Welcome Back’ and ‘PK’ were all announced for Christmas, but common sense prevailed and the biggest film ‘PK’ eventually got a solo-release.
While there are reports that ‘Hera Pheri 3’ is likely to be postponed, the cast of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ have reconfirmed that their film will release on 18th December.

Hahahaha lol ‘Crapwale’ will be a bigger failure than ‘crappy new year’ in terms of final collections after the 1st weekend. By the 1st week the movie’s screens would be reduced by as much as 50% and it may collect around 150 crore in 1st week but it will not take much advantage of Christmas as it would never have any good content & excellent wom like aamir’s films, more so because it is a rohit shetty film so at max it may do 220-240 crore in india and nothing more, srk fans will never stop dreaming about queen crossing D3 & P.K collection in india but we all know it is impossible , srk se nahi go payega, uski aukaat nahi hei . will be the worst christmas release in years like how ‘crappy express’ was the worst eid release ever. lol on srk fans.

First six month has bigger surprise as Tanu weds manu collecting 150cr + in lifetime, I think this remain the biggest surprise this year unless any of these 3 films bb,prdp,dilwale break pk domestic gross.
Both HP3 and BM are looking super strong content wise and afterall if Content Rich Billu Fan is expected to be super strong then why not HP3 and BM… No hypocrisy please Indicine- support content driven films and not some car exploding fireworks type display called Varunwale…

@challa pk weekend was 93 cr which was just 6 cr less than hny weekend figure though hny was almost 3 holiday in first 3 days while pk had just 1, as per trade figures pk still hold the highest singal day record if we calculate Hindi collections, second thought pk wasn’t supposed to be a big opened due to its genre which looks that it won’t work in single screens, dilwale on other hand is a complete mass entertainer genre. Expecting to break d3 weekend was a joke just like if you think srk’s fan can cross pk weekend in first 3 days.
If history has taught us anything then it is 3 things-
1- Global Queens search for his 3.7 billion fans is more impossible than NASAs search for life in our universe
2- a dictionary has no place in Complan Boys household
3- Xmas is lucrative only when an Aamir film releases as was the case in 2008, 2009, 2013, 2014 but same was not the case in 2010 and 2011 when craps arrived…!
@babaji just wait and watch for dec 22 when all the excitement gone freezen, they are thinking collecting 300cr is cakewalk as pk did that, lol it took 4 years to break 3i domestic record so very very good content required to break that record even d3 isn’t too easy.
