With Krrish 3, the odds were stacked heavily against the Roshans. The music was the biggest disaster in recent times for any big-budget film, the song promos weren’t really impressive and the release date wasn’t ideal either. The inevitable and unfair comparisons with Hollywood superhero films meant that Krrish 3, made on a humongous budget, was one of the riskiest films ever produced.
But like with their earlier films like Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish.. the Roshans have reigned supreme at the box office yet again!
Krrish 3 has destroyed the opening day business of Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express, thereby setting a new single day record. The film has collected Rs 35.91 crore on Monday, surpassing the previous record of Rs 33.12 crore set by Chennai Express on 9th August 2013.
In just 4 days, the Hrithik Roshan starrer has also joined the 100 crore club, the second fastest for any film. This is a massive achievement, considering the fact that Krrish 3 released during the pre-Diwali period. The record for the highest single day collections was set on the 4th day of release, when lakhs of people had already watched the film in theatre!

- Saturday – 23.2 crore
- Sunday – 24.3 crore
- Monday – 35.91 crore (holiday)
- Weekend Total – 108.61 crore (including Tamil and Telugu versions)

k3 collected only 24.3 cr in 3 day which not even half of ce(51 cr).it also failed to cross mnik(29 cr) and talaash(27 cr) also.

Hurray, so finally k3 get its due, very well deserving movie, if it collect 35cr+ on opening day or next day than for me its not great because now a days every big movie which have A list actor and so much hype on holiday can collect highest nos on opening day with increase in ticket price and no. of screens but in the case of K3 its special because this record come into kitty of K3 on its 4th day this is outstanding its shows that movie got positive wom and appreciated by audience, hope it will collect more than 200cr, because this movie deserves this.

its proved again after Agneepath and K3 that present time after Khan trio only HR & RK is capable to bring audience in big chunk into theatres, Hr shown his power again and loved to see he got his due. for me he is next perfect star after Aamir, the best thing of K3 that first time we seen Rohit & Krishna in many scene together but one thing can’t come into my mind that both character is playing by One actor, that itself is big achievement. Bravo.
and according to BOI K3 4th day collection for Hindi lang. is 31.5 cr and if we include 2.5 cr for regional than its about 34cr so no big difference in collection this time. So haters i think its sufficient for you all.
