Krrish 3 Monday Collections: Early Estimate

Krrish 3 has smashed all records on its 4th day at the domestic box office. The film has come into its own post-Diwali as most circuits have doubled their business from Sunday. The Rakesh Roshan directed film has set circuit records in Central Province (C.P), Central India (C.I), Rajasthan and East Punjab going past only two films that have crossed 30 crore on a single day – Chennai Express and Ek Tha Tiger.

The Hrithik Roshan starrer is likely to break the highest single day record of Chennai Express and also take the record for highest business generated on a single day — last year, Jab Tak Hai Jaan (19.54 cr) and Son Of Sardaar (16.21 cr) collected Rs 35.75 crore combined on the holiday after Diwali. So far, Krrish 3 has collected Rs 72.7 crore in 3 days and with Monday business almost certain to be more than Rs 35 crore (early estimate), the film will leap its way into the 100 crore club in 4 days. Chennai Express will hold on to the record for the fastest film into the 100 crore club, as the Eid release collected Rs 100.45 crore in 3 days plus paid previews.

Tuesday will be crucial for Krrish 3 as its a working day in most parts of the country. If it manages to hold on with business above the 15 crore mark, there will be no stopping the film.
