The theatrical trailer of Aamir Khan’s Dangal and Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil has received a very good response on YouTube. Surprisingly, even though the Dangal trailer has received higher number of views, the ‘like vs dislike ratio’ of Kaabil is better than the Nitesh Tiwari directed film.
‘Dangal’ is the 2nd most watched trailer of 2016, behind ‘Sultan’. It could top the table by the end of the year. The most liked trailer is ‘Shivaay’ followed by ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’.
The trailer of ‘Befikre’ has received more than 26 million views, but the percentage of dislikes is by far the worst of 2016. Even the dull trailers of ‘Mohenjo Daro’ and ‘Mirzya’ did not get such a high percentage of dislikes.

Yeah when Dhoom 2 or Krrish 3 gets bumper opening it is due to franchise…but when HF3 crawled past 100cr..it is coz of Joker Kumar…ROFL!
Many of my friends are excited to watch Dangal fdfs. They say that Dangal toh sultan ka baap niklega.
Anyways the situation is like Sachin biopic coming after MSD biopic. Beta to beta rahega aur baap hamesha baap rahega.
Aamir is competing with only himself and he won’t be satisfied by crossing sultan’s or BB’s total. His aim would be crossing PK.
I remember reading somewhere that he wanted to release Dangal simultaneously in India and china. If that’s possible then china can even cross 150 cr.
What I want Dangal to achieve is:
1) Cross 100 cr in week 2 in India.
2) Cross 100 cr in US
3) Cross 125 cr in Mumbai and 100 cr in Delhi/UP
4) Cross 50 cr in week 3
5) Gross more than Kahani 2 in it’s opening week.
Watched both trailer kaabil and Dangal. Dangal looks crap and Kaabil trailer is really good. Do not know public opinion how they judged it. For me movie like dangal should not be hit. But my opinion doesn’t matter as i disliked the sultan movie and earned 300 Cr. My movie selection is somehow different.

Having said that, DANGAL trailer will cross Sultan views in about 2.5 weeks from now. Likes: Dislikes ratio is pretty good, infact better than Sultan.

Dangal : total views 27.8 M, Likes 2.85 lakhs, Dislikes 25K, aprox 12% of total viewers voted forclike/dislike
Kaabil: total views 15 M, likes 1.34 lakhs, Dislikes 9K, approx 9.5 % of total viewers voted for like/dislike
So, in case of dangal % of viewers voting for like/dislike is more. We need to consider this also.
