Buddha Hoga Tera Baap is the other release this weekend and the Amitabh Bachchan starrer brings back memories of the Bachchan era back in the 70s and 80s. Today, there are many stars who can guarantee a huge box office initial – Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan – are all capable of bringing in audiences in hordes to theaters. Amitabh started his career as a short roles as one of the seven characters in Saat Hindustani and with his second film Anand he got his first filmfare establishing himself a good actor pitted against great Rajesh Khanna…….He gave great performances in movies like Reshma aur Shera (playing dumb), Parwana, followed with some flops …in 1973 he again gave two great performances in NAMAK HARAAM (one of his great performances) and ABHIMAAN……In the same year Zanjeer happenned and the rest is history…..
Also Mr Roy, Amitabh should be the last person to be even thought of as media manipulator..Amitabh and media boycotted eachother for 17 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……And that too when he was at his peak days of stardom……….Yes if you are talking of today’s stars like SRK then yes he is one of the biggest manipulators of media….

Since my school days I gained knowledge about this Fraud cheap entertainer who’s career is based on PURE MULTISTAR FILMS containing cheap enterainment masala formula without any subject. During mid 70s (1977) to mid 80s (1984) his chalu type films were promoted by the front benchers like you and mid 80s onwards his films started bombed at box office and in 90s he left even the country due to banckurptcy of ABCL, Bofors chori etc. and in 2000 via gambling show KBC he started earning money like a money making machine via buttering of Mulayam, Amar Subarato Roy, IIFA organizers, etc. etc.. Now all have kicked him out and he is buttering Modi. So do not praise a buttering master before me. Go and lick his feet…..

All hits films of Bachchan are basically PURE MULTISTAR FILMS WHEREIN Vinod Khanna, Shatrughan Sinha, Dharmendra, Shashi Kapoor type big stars were shared equal screen space but this Manipulator Lambu via hired media used to take credit for him alone. Amitabh Bacchan is still a BAAP of indian cinema. Its nice to watch this movie in angry mood which recollect the memory of 70s & 80s. Only this man can rule the indian cinema about three generation. That’s why he was described as the millenium star of the world. He has done almost all kinds of role which could not do by any actor till now. There are actor now who is copying his acting, for ex. SRK in Don. There are well known director also who are making remake of Amitabh movie, for ex. Don & Don second by farhan akhtar. Who can do the role of Amitabh as he did coolie, sharabi, don, mukaddar ka sikandar, deewar, sholey, agnipath, khuda gawah, black, and a lot which is not possible to post bcoz of not enough space. Today’s actor having limitation to offer their acting. They are bound to do their particular role. Today none of the so called superstar can do this much variable role as did by Amitabh. He is the only legend who succeeded to appear the silver screen more than four decade. No actor whether in past, present and future can do it. He will remain undisputed BAAP of bollywood. Go and watch it again in BHTB.

Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap had low collections on Monday of around 90 lakhs. The collections were steady but too low and the film will wrap its first week around the 9.25-9.50 crore nett mark.
This year films that have not opened well have tended to trend well on weekdays but on the lower side and Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap is another addition to this list.

Please visit India once and ask who is in more demand in TV and movies (especially when TV is considered bigger medium in India)….Ask them if any one show done by others can match the charisma, popularity and TRPs of BIGB’s KBC….So many wannabers tried TV hosting but people of India know who they like best (and thats why people like AKROY are so frustrated becoz people have reected SRK’s jhor ka jhatka, kbc3 and paanchvi fail)…
Similarly ask any producer and director of India which is the one STAR ACTOR of India they would love to work with, you will get the answer about who is best in the business today..
By the way do watch AARAKSHAN and KBC 5 to understand who is BIGB!!!

shayad pakistan mein AANKHIEN, KHAAKEE,PAA, KAANTE, ARMAAN, VIRUDDHH, BLACK, CHEENI KUM, EK AJNABEE,FAMILY,KANK, MOHABBATEIN jaisi film release nahi hiun isiliye aapko shayad pataa hi nahi aap kisko kissee compare kar rahe hain….naa hi aapne kabhi KBC dekhi hogi….Even to imagine dilip in those movies will be mockery of those roles and movies….forget the above movies even imagining dilip in movies like KHUDA GAWAH or HUM would be insult to those movies….the charisma that BIGB has at 70 (both in TV and Cinema) is unmatched in the history
Today no star can even imagine releasing their movie infront of an Amir khan production(best in India) and a hollywood giant Transformer but BIGB is the only actor-producer to release his movie and still its doing well considering its short budget

BHTBaap already recovered its cost of production(10 CR) in the very first weekend from Indian and overseas market…From now on whatever it will collect will be a bonus..It is rock steady from Monday and will continue doing so this week and coming weekend…..I am pretty sure t will be superhit given its low cost of production(10 crores)……And yes not to forget that producers are already in profit before the release of film as it is sold for satellite rights in 13.5 crores……….No other so called star will ever dare to release his film against Amir khan production and Hollywood storm Transformer but BHTBaap will still emerge out as a winner in the long run…..YOU ROCK BIGB!!!!!

Every body when going to cinema wants entertainment want to laugh want to make themselves free of tension. buddha h t baap is full to entertaing movie i loved it a lot when i came outside the theater i feel so relaxed still i m smiling, remembering the dialogues of movie. I think people who are critising movie by saying amitabh is a old man he dont need to do like this are really jeolus of him because they know they dont have even 1% energy of amitabh even at young age. i m not saying ki amitabh sir ki movie hai to hit hona hi chahiye but its really a entertaining and watchable with family of any age group. really watch it once. keep it up amit sir we all love u without u we cant imagine bollywood u r the best!

Not for his good/bad movies or bad/good acting or his movies performing badly but because after decades of entertaining an entire nation so gallantly, he needs to rest.
He is a legend. Most loved and respected by us Indians. No one should be compared to him, leave alone the juniors who have to cover many grounds yet to equate themselves to Amitabh Sir.
