Preity Zinta launches Ishkq In Paris (Photos)

Preity Zinta  is back after three long years with her home production “Ishkq In Paris” and none other than Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan was present for the launch of the film. Infact, Bachchan even blogged about the actress  admiring her courage and frankness to survive without the ‘traditional assistance’ from the industry. The 69 year old Megastar wrote on his blog “I have always admired Preity for her drive and guts in a world that can be most cruel to a single girl. But just look at the way she has managed her career, all alone, without any traditional assistance from the industry.”

A couple of pictures of Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor from the sets of Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. The two were last seen together in Ra One, although they didn’t have any scenes together. Heroine depicts the rise and fall of a superstar – all the highs of super stardom and the insecurities that comes with it. The film is scheduled to hit screens on September 21st.

Madhur Bhandarkar, well known for his movies based on real life incidents, has directed critically acclaimed films like Chandni Bar, Page 3, Corporate and Fashion. Almost all of them were well-awarded. For his outstanding contribution to the film industry, Madhur was given the presidential award for Chandni Bar in 2001, and for Page 3 in 2005 by India’s 11th President Abdul Kalam.

We’ve received plenty of requests for a poll between Diana Penty and Deepika Padukone. Some emails that we received.. Anupama: Dear Indicine, I have a small suggestion. Why don’t you start on a poll on who is prettier – Deepika Padukone or Diana Penty? I remember you started a poll on who is the prettiest actress in Housefull 2.
