A couple of weeks ago, Aamir Khan’s ‘Satyamev Jayate’ exposed the unethical practices in the medical field and shocked the world. This angered the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and they wanted an apology, but Aamir refused. In order to share knowledge and research made on the issue, the parlimentary head Shantha Kumar has invited the Bollywood star for an interaction on Thursday.
Though Aamir was unavailable for comment, his spokesman confirmed that he will address the Parliament on Thursday with his team.
The 47 year old actor in the fourth episode uncovered the harsh reality of our country’s medical system.
Satyamev Jayate has gained a lot of popularity even outside India. So far, the show has discussed issues like female foeticide, child sex abuse, Indian wedding, love marriages, dowry harassment, disabled people and domestic violence.

Firstly he has divorced his first wife and only then married the second one. Secondly, he is a Muslim and being a Muslim he is even allowed by the law to have two wives. Still he chose to first divorce the former one and only then married Kiran Rao.
