Tigmanshu Dhulia made a mark in the small Indie dominate genre of action-thriller-dramas with films like Paan Singh Tomar, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster and its sequel. So when he manages to rope in a somewhat reputed star like Saif Ali Khan, you expect Dhulia to continue his golden streak. Jimmy Shergill, the actor who essayed the role of Shahrukh Khan’s brother in My Name Is Khan is featured on the cover page of  The Film Street Journal – February 2012. While commercially most his films have failed at the box-office, Jimmy has received critical acclaim for his performance in films like Munna Bhai MBBS, Lage Raho Munnabhai, A Wednesday and Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster.

Randeep Hooda was pretty impressive in Once Upon A Time In Mumbai, his dialogue delivery and intensity was top notch. With Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, the actor returns with Mahie Gill and Jimmy Shergill in this Tigmanshu Dhulia film. Tigmanshu debuted with the critically acclaimed Haasil and then faded a with duds like Charas and Paan Singh Tomar. Sahed Biwi Aur Gangster will be his fourth film.
