Pirated copies are available at 50 rupees,even the movie is shown on cable after two days of its release.But stll ppl can’t stop going to cinema it tells power of Indian Cinema.
watched veer. not that great. very boring, nothing special. it is in the same league as salmans previous flop ‘yuvraaj’.
looks like salman has another flop in his hands. poor fellow, especially when this film was supposed to be close to his heart and one of his biggest films ever. very dissapointing. not worth wasting your money on.
Hey guys i have seen the salman starrer Veer.. and do beleive me that its fabolous film. I saw it in Dublin today 4’o clock show.There were very few people in the theatre but all of them were applauding the stunts shown in the film. People dont miss this period drama because bollywood is capable of a very few periodic affairs…and this according to me is better than all periodic films in India..(have not seen early period flicks in India). Its very emotional and thrilling. Salman and Puru Rajkumar are awesome. Mithun brilliant. The new girl Zarine is terrific. Love to see her more. People do not wait and just grab it..Ma rating for this VEEr is 4stars out of 5.

In rajasthan advance bookin is historical………in delhi delhite(not sure) a single screen cinema iz housefull till sunday……in dubai ppl sayin dat most ov da shows r housefull….in pakistan yu dnt ned to say nefng after wanted……in uk itz da 2nd most awaited most…..nw nauman yu dnt ned to downplay veer just in order to bring akshay close to salman khan coz hiz film iz on 8th…lol……question 4 nauman “if yur english is so bad dan how hav yu watchd troy”?….

we all sallu bhai fans being human not publicty one we will support you as being human and going to say all the sallu haters ” all izz well all izzwell koi baat nahi tumhaaraa publicty kaa baadshaah will make his film hit as a co – producer of the movie even though all knows that there films were overated and biggest blunders of 2010.
This movie may have Salman’s best performances but knowing his luck, it will not result into any awards for him next award season. It seems like whenever Salman gives a great performance, someone always manages to top him.
For example, Salman was amazing in Tere Naam in 2003. It was arguably his career best performance at the time. But Hrithik’s act in Koi Mil Gaya could not be ignored and he ended up winning all the best actor and best actor critics awards because critics and audiences were just blown away by his act.
Another example, when he was nominated for Hum Dil De chuke sanam, Sanjay Dutt just happen to cap off his career with his best act in Vaastav: The Reality and won the awards.
So I’m not saying Salman’s act was bad in these movies; it was great!! but there was just one who was above him and deserved the best actor’s awards above Salman and he got it! I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen this year
no Indicine. we used to watch movies only on pirated or original DVDs @ home. There was no system of showing them at theaters. The first Indian film to be shown in Pakistan was “Gangster” maybe. the first I saw in theater was “Race”
Ye u r right, we have a huge fan base of Salman Khan over here. Wanted and London Dreams both were lapped up by the audiences.
am answering to the question u asked from Hina. the fan following in Pakistan is not restricted to the Khans only. Ever since “Race” i have watched each and every film in theater (obviously there are a few exceptions) and the films which have taken immense amount of crowd and have been highly loved over here are…
Race, Ghajini, Singh is King, Wanted, London Dreams, Kaminey, 3 Idiots. (Hina plz add if i’ve missed any of the top ones over here)
Shah Rukh Khan has only has two releases in theaters of Pakistan so far except for two guest appearances in Bhootnaath and Billu Barber. MNIK is going to be the first.
So although there are fans of almost every star…yet just like the rest of the world…only the quality of content can assure the people talking good about a film and liking it.

yeah dude…we are loving it. No its not only confined to Lahore. These movies are being released simultaneously in many cities. hmmm!! its a bit difficult to point out the biggest lollwood star though. u c the local film industry over here is going through a severe crisis from last few years. Lack of finances and technical facilities has almost jammed the industry.
Anyhow, every now and then, a few valiant efforts are made. Films like “Khuda Key Liye” and “Ramchand Pakistani” have given us a little bit hope but still a long way to go. I think we can say that out of all the others, Shaan (main star of Kuda Key Liye) is the most popular.

i just watched VEER and it r0x, superb movie… i dont know why u all guys waste ur time on this review. JUST WATCH THE DAMN MOVIE AND YOU WILL KNOW :)
