Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama has put up a very interesting list of Top 12 Actors in the industry, based on the box office collections of films of each actor, overseas and India combined.
The Top 3 stars have all appeared in 3 films, Aamir Khan as expected tops the list by quite a distance. He is followed by Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan at 2 and 3. Akshay Kumar is at Number 4 appearing in more than 10 films, followed by Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.
Salman Khan is down at No 7 ahead of Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Shahid Kapoor, Imran Khan and Ajay Devgan.
With Veer, My Name Is Khan, Housefull, Kites, Rajneeti set for release in the first half of the year, except some changes in the list.

@Fathiya: Dear we don’t have to argue nor to fight with you but if you’re blaming Aamir for naming his Dog SRK(i think you have to read the whole articale in Aamir’s blog before judging him), then don’t forget what SRK says about Aamir in award functions, he’s always attacking and humilating him without any reason, I think he shouldn’t say that but still i don’t blame him when i remeber how SRK insultes him in the past, and you seem new to bollywood when you say 10 years back no one paid attention to Aamir, he has always been more talented than SRK but he didn’t recieve the same hype of media like SRK, i assure you it’s the hype of media that makes him look as the only great actor in India, Aamir gave exellent eprformances and films even in the past but didn’t recieve the same media support like SRK, don’t forget when SRK was acting in romantic and successful films: DDLJ, KKHH, DTPH…Aamir was acting in different and class roles like:Ghulam, Sarfarosh, Rangeela, Earth…of course people will always prefer the romantic films so because SRK was more successful than Aamir in the past doesn’t mean he is more talented than Aamir it’s not a question of talent, before people weren’t able to recognize his talent maybe because he didn’t give many sucessful films commercially like Salman and SRK but now he’s giving classic films and big hits at box office with different roles and amazing acting skills that’s why people now are apprecitaing his talent…i agree to you about akshay he can never be King, but don’t ever compare Aamir with Akshay Ok!! and Aamir will continue giving hits and great films of course, as for SRK i don’t have any problem with him he’s a very good actor and i have watched many of his films and liked them, so plz before saying anything against Aamir you should know him well just because you heard about naming his dog SRK is not enough!
Go and read the blog of Aamir and you’ll understand why he said that…well after all i don’t blame you because almost all people abroad who are not indians love SRK the most and think he’s the best human being but they don’t know that he’s number one in humilating others…i guess i made myself clear, Regards.
