Shenaz Treasurywala’s Open Letter to PM, Bachchan, SRK, Salman and Aamir!

Dear Narendra Modi, Amitabh Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Anil Ambani,

I am writing to YOU specifically because you are the most powerful and influential MEN in our country.

I am writing to you as a woman who grew up in a middle class family in Mumbai.

I am writing to YOU for HELP!

My parents may not like me saying this. I apologize to them if they are reading but this is NOT MY SHAME. It’s THIER SHAME.

My first experience with the opposite sex, was when I was just 13 and groped by a man (never saw his face but will never forget his hand) while walking in the vegetable market with my mom. She had just given me the worst haircut and as an angry teenager I was upset at her and was lagging behind as she walked ahead. I still remember what I was wearing. It was her dress, mustard with flowers and little bow in the front. How I hate that dress! As if, it was the dress’s fault.

I was shocked at first. Speechless. He disappeared. I just stood there. Tears started pouring out of my innocent eyes. I told my mom who went mad screaming in the market but who knew where that man disappeared to. I still remember the dirty feeling I had and the number of times I showered in my grand-mom’s bathroom after. That feeling never went away.

Shenaz Treasurywala

Shenaz Treasurywala

Since then it was non-stop. I would try to articulate this to my parents and while my mom understood, my dad and uncles told me I was imagining it. Maybe they just couldn’t deal with it. CAN YOU?

When I was 15, I started going by train and bus to St. Xaviers’ College. I was groped and touched and from all angles and this was just how I grew up. Not Just Me but MOST INDIAN WOMEN who don’t have the luxury of cars and drivers.

As a teenager I would dream of and still sometimes dream that I had a machine gun and could kill all the men who tried to grope me. A very disturbing dream for a kid, don’t you think?

I got my first assignment as a model in the FYJC and I had to go to screen-tests straight from college. So I had to dress nice, didn’t make it any easier. I specifically remember the time I went for an audition in a red body suit and a black long skirt with slits. It was HELL! I never wore that again. As if it was the dress’s fault.

I developed ways to defend myself, I always carried a bag in front of me, my fist was always clenched, I always turned around every 20 seconds to check who was behind me and a few times I slapped men who touched me, I got slapped back many times too. Sometimes saved by the public, MOST TIMES NOT.

My mom begged me not to pick fights with men who touched me, she was afraid of acid being thrown at me or that somebody someday would hurt me badly. She is STILL AFRAID and today she told me not to take an UBER to my meeting tomorrow. Hell ya. BAN UBER! Make everyone take responsibility for this.

My sister got into Sophia’s college, we were all excited. She went by bus but the first day she came home, she sobbed traumatized. A man had put his hand in her tee-shirt through her sleeve, the entire bus ride. She just froze. She was a kid too and wasn’t equipped to even understand this. I was LIVID. I’m sorry sis for telling the world this, please don’t stop speaking to me. IT’S NOT Our Shame. It’s THEIRS!

One of my friends in college was RAPED on the train on her way home in the ladies compartment. She was sick and was going home in the 11:15 break. There was nobody in the first class compartment going back to Bandra at that time, it was a superfast meaning it didn’t stop at most stations. He raped her and then jumped off after using her scrunchy (hair tie) to wipe himself. She was the only one on the train and had to limp her way back to her home in Bandra, bleeding profusely. She was just 16. This she felt was her shame so she did not say anything to anyone.

BUT IT ISN’T HER SHAME, it’s THEIR SHAME.

My mom accompanied me to Hyderabad on a shoot once. In churi bazaar, a cyclist groped My MOM. My dear respected and lovely MOM.

Sorry Mom, IT’S NOT Our Shame, It’s THEIR SHAME.

Why am I telling you my personal story?

Well first I want all women to Speak Up.

Let’s make this our MOTTO-

It’s not OUR SHAME, it’s THEIR SHAME.

Who are “THEY”?

“THEY” ARE THE MEN IN OUR COUNTRY.

Not just the rapists and the sexual offenders and gropers but also our Fathers (sorry dad) and Uncles and Brothers and MOVIE STARS AND CRICKETERS AND POLITICIANS for not SAVING US or PROTECTING US by insisting and protesting for the LAWS TO CHANGE and Rapists and Gropers to BE PUNISHED SEVERELY!

Why do we as women have to feel so threatened? WHY has there been no severe action taken? This has gone on for years now. Not just in Delhi but all over our country and yes even in BOMBAY OR MUMBAI OR Whatever the hell you want to call it! It’s NOT SAFE. NO!

My biggest fear ever since I was kid and even today when I walk back home at night from yoga or when I take a rickshaw from a friend’s home is being RAPED. I still feel that fear. I am still am on guard. I still fantasize of having that MACHINE GUN.

In the past 4 years I have been living and working half in India and half in New York and let me tell you I have walked the streets of Harlem, the Bronx and Brooklyn (perceived as the most dangerous in NYC) at3am after parties in short skirts and felt safer than I feel in Bandra at 10 pm on a quiet road fully covered. WHY??

Let’s talk about Delhi our Capital. I was there 2 days ago and the day of the rape. I wanted to go out and walk by India Gate and admire our great monuments but could I?! Why??

What good are all your speeches in the US or Japan or AUSTRALIA- NAMO, if no woman can walk freely in the streets even in broad daylight by herself in the CAPITAL OF OUR COUNTRY. Isn’t this a SHAME? SHAME ON YOU SIR.

This is our NO1 issue. FIX THIS before anything else.

This is a SHAME. And it’s YOUR SHAME. You are now RESPONSIBLE FOR US.

I beg all of you fine gentlemen that I have addressed to help change the LAW.

You are powerful men. I say, SHAME and PUNISH THE Gropers and Sexual offenders severely. KILL THE RAPISTS.

I won’t ask for public castration which is what I want and all the women want because I know this is unrealistic and things move SO DAMN SLOW in our FINE NATION.

All I ask for is the -Death Penalty Please. NOW! QUICK!

If that’s too hard or will take too long then at least LIFE IMPRISONMENT.

Put them away forever.

Why was this man who had raped twice before out on bail?

And then given a drivers license? YES, BAN UBER TOO. Make everyone responsible.

I’m ready to do anything. I’m not a big enough celeb but you Sachin Tendulkar, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Sharukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Anil Ambani SIRS- need to speak up as MEN ( you are the men with the power)

SAVE US!

Please demand the Death Sentence for the Rapists.

NO BAIL. Just Death.

Superstars I beg you, please take a stand. Use your Superstardom and Power and MONEY and save the women of our country. SAVE US!

I urge you to protest or go on a fast or do something DRASTIC so people take notice, the government wakes up and CHANGES the LAW so these men are terrified to touch us.

Death to rapists. No bail. Just death.

Imagine Amitabh Bachchan Sir, Aamir Khan, Salmaan Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Anil Ambani- if you went on a fast or walked to the Rashrtrapati In Delhi. If you, took this stand and made this YOUR NO 1 issue, how much change there would be?!

Why should we as women feel so unsafe in our motherland?!

Why should we as women be terrified and on guard all the time.

Why was this man out on bail after committed two rapes already ?

Make an Example Of Him.

Any man who even touches a woman should be imprisoned for life.

Be strict, make examples of these men, scare those who dare to touch us.

SCARE THEM BY MAKING AN EXAMPLE OUT OF THEM.

SAVE US, Save your mother, daughter, sister please!

This is NOT OUR SHAME.

THIS IS YOURS.

SHAME ON YOU.

Don’t sleep till you – SAVE YOUR WOMEN!

With all respect,

Shenaz Treasurywala

  • I myself being a college-goer have faced several scenarios like the above.
I dare say, 99% of middle class people who travel everyday have.
Even before you realize what is happening, it just happens. I respect the way she has come out and spoken about her incidents..
There are times when I wish i could have taken a stand. Maybe i was too young to understand the situation when i myself have faced public molestation..
Later as i grew up i learnt to defend myself against such shameless people.

I don’t know if demanding death is viable, however, we can demand them to be whipped and tortured in such a severe manner that they never dare to do such a thing again.

    Fortunately, i wasn’t raped.
True, its a shame on the men.

  • @Sanam and people with similar arguments

    Dear Sanam,

Though i agree with some part of your letter. But strongly disagree with your views about rape and molestation related to actresses wearing skimpy clothes,Working in movies like Delly belly..going to pub etc.
    (1) My 1st point is are the girls working in erotic movies …..going pub are only molested. We all know India’s condition is that even a 6 months old girl to 65 Years old women is molested here.

    (2) The question is not about deploying police outside pubs…it is about making example of rapist….you can see that still nirbahaya’s rapist are not hanged. They are doing appeal in higher courts even when the case is clean and closed.Make law as of saudi where rapist are punished on the streets.

    (3) 3rd it is about changing the attitiute and thinking of people. Why not salman khan beign harrashed…or sharukh they go shirtless in films. So if films …ads….are cause of rape then all the male celebrities should be raped first.Rape is all about the other person mentallity….his perseption that he can bypass law…and his knowledge that he can overpower a girl easily.

    (4) 4rd A girl going to pub…..dancing in movies…..doesnot give right to any horny guy who has seen some bloody condom adv to rape.It is their sheer disrespect for Indian Police and Judiciary that make them think that they can get away very easily as it happens most of time.

Last i will say to girls dont expect much from other. In India people can do only candle march after some incidents…..so better be self reliant…..Even i would say the condition is so bad that its time to carry knife or arms with yourself while you go out.

Its time to be proactive…Candle march will not give anything…….you need to fight for your liberty else slowly some day India will become Taliban for girls.

  • we don’t need your sympathy we need your’e anger which will save your own mother, sister and daughters.

we are not weak it is the men who are weak and they feel us there property, we are no body’s property and we can fight back if we get support of our own family includes the men. If they think this is disturbing than fight back, today we are commenting for others but tomorrow it can be any one of us.

FIGHT BACK, SUPPORT YOU DAUGHTER, MOTHER AND SISTER TO FIGHT BACK….

  • very touchy .. for the UBER case issue , the accused was left free , instead of being accuse for two rape case , what is the law doing ? how the nation leaving such accuse free .. he deserve rigorous imprisonment… please support and punish the rapist with death , such liberal leaf leads to more and more of rape accused .. it’s more difficult for the victim to survive ,going threw the throma…

  • I am sorry to say here that all people who begged to differ from what this lady said have been given low ratings and have been hidden by indicine. Thus, it looks like people are not just ready to listen to the other side and blindly looking forward to have more laws.
Please dont shout “injustice” when some lady of this type uses this law to put fake cases in you next.

  • Congratulations to you Shenaz Treasurywala. I salute you for being brave. Yes, it’s THEIR SHAME and shame to our beloved country too. Our girls and women must be safe at all times, in all places, in all circumstance and with everyone. God protect our us from the evil and wicked people.

  • Everyone here trying to become macho and blaming Men for all atrocities. As per NCRB 75% of rape cases and 98% of the dowry case are proved false. It is big SHAME ON WOMEN who are implicating innocent men and their families in false cases and extorting money from them. Go to any malls now-a-days and you see that girls themselves portray as sex objects by wearing skimpy , revealing clothes. Women in India are considered as Goddess and Women who respects and protects her own body will get respect and protection from others. Wearing skimpy dresses, showing cleavage, underarms and wearing short tight jeans which almost looks like an undergarment is not women empowerment. This is yukk and this just shows the Slutty nature of unscrupulous women. They all do it for gaining attention and when they get too much attention then they cry of molestation, sexual harassment and even rape. Shenaz is talking about this letter when her movie is going to be launched now. Where was her letter when NCRB revealed that 65000 husbands are committing suicide every year which is almost double of wife suicides. This letter is nothing but publicity stunt and cleverly written to promote misandry. The celebs are using this rape hype just for personal gains. If you go and see in courts today the greedy, lazy women are shamelessly begging money in the name of alimony/maintenance. On one hand they want women empowerment and on the other hand they are begging money from husbands, boyfriends, brothers and also from other men implicating them in false cases (Famous example are the Rohtak Sisters). If you want real women empowerment then go out and earn your own living. And for Feminists and Manginas it has become fashionable now-a-days to talk against Men. I know many will dislike my comment but truth is always bitter whether you like it or not.

  • Every girls story in mumbai !! It’s as if you spoke about my growing up in bombay . Not once has this happened to me in the states .So true ! Hope this translates into a movement to stop the rapists n gropers for life

  • I have strong objection to this letter calling every men as rapists. This is highly objectionable. This way does she wants to say indirectly that there is no difference between the men who rape and the men who are being addressed here? A rapist is a criminal without any gender. A rapist can be a man or woman. If this is the way men are generalized here, I would not hesitate in calling most women now a days roam around like sluts/prostitutes!!

  • i salute to u , it takes tons to come out like this ……..just 1 out of 1000’s have the guts to do that…………n y just a simple death sentence, they should be punished in such a way , that they beg for death n then they should be hanged…………………

  • Truly appreciated and all support to u.. but before any such law.. just imagine d minds of criminal girls who blame innocent boys for what they didn’t even thot of doing… There is no law which supports guys like how v girls/women’s have.. to take a revenge girl can blame a guy fr groping her. And that s suffered by his family and him..
The other way girls too are getting harassed..

  • Hindi (Natinal Language) mein baat type kar raha hun taaki sabko samjhe… Is tarah k sulook humari behen/beti/maa/wife/girl friend par honge toh hum tolerate nahi kar payenge. Police k paas jayenge toh saalon tak wait karne k baad shayad koi results aayenge. Lekin humare andar problem ye hai kie “Jaane Do na… Humari Family k saath toh nahi Hua Na” so let’s not give it a F**K. But aisa kab tak chalega?

Meri apne desh k logon se aur government se ye request hai ki aisi sharmnaak harkaton k liye sirf Islamic Sazaa di jaye. Who sazaa ye hai ki agar

Kisi ne kisi aurat ko haath laga k cheda toh “Haath Kaat Do”
Agar Rape Kiya toh “Zameen mein aadha dafan kar k Logon se patthhar marwa marwa kar usay maar dalo”

Is se us ke gunaah bhi maaf hone ki gunjaaish hai.

    Regards,
    Khan

  • Yes Mr PM – Kindly focus to improve women situation in India before boasting any great achievements of our country. There is lot to clean inside the system than outside roads.

  • I totally support d cause and d culprits shall
be punished by public and in public places.
Without d stringent public punishments some of our Indians
who are immuned for last 67years of lawless ness
meaning dragging d leagal cases for decades
together deserve this kind of punishments.
Such cancerous elements shall be eliminated
    from d society

  • mr. gaurav and miss shenaz..respect to ur wrds..one raising the topic which needs real concern, by blaming the system..nd the other showing a real concern to answer d gal (with a real influence,if it is so??) by blaming the gal itself nd the profession which she iz involved in..lemme ask u mrs shenaz some questions frst..if u r interested in daily news what about those 2 rohtak gals who fought fr deir publicity..what about those gals who sleeps wid d guy gets fully passionated sex nd after sumtyms blames d boy that he raped her??is it the bloody real meaning of rape??u were touched in ur private places..what the system will do to make ur father believe..what the system sud do to make them say(beti hum aawaj uthayenge)we will raise the voice u dont worry..what the system sud do to restrict a ruthless dad to control his boner against her own daughter..tell me frst ..what these namo, bachhan saab ,srk nd all sud do??is it all about the system??i know these days system is also involved as ,day nd again we come across the news of gals raped by policeman but wat is d solution..u ll castrate them?? jst do it , he will come out nd will repeat it again as he wont be having anything to lose then..u will give them death sentences..many innocent rohtak like boys will be endangered..u will ask a life imprisionment..chalo bhai rape karke jail ki roti todte hain lyk jobless persons are also residing..now the question is what will u do??there is simply no solution unless nd until we start fighting by ourselves…u askd a question was it d fault of dat gal who slept..d answer is yes partially it was her fault..if u are aware of d fucking(pardon my words) societies mentality..isnt it ur duty to be cognizant??

  • the incident wud have been avoided if she wud have tried to remain awokened..the only solution is be prepared..dont be a gobshite or a dumb prey..no offence wid ur raised issued mam..but if u are really concerned widout having an aim of publishity stunt please ask ur sister to raise d voice if sum unwanted activities takes place (i wish it mustnot happen)…the era iz changed mam..now due to gymnasts claps are played with one hand too..even if u dont commit mistakes sumtyms u r trapped..the easiest way to escape is to be conscious…mam its really our shame that gals are molested but its ur shame too nd u simply cant deny this fact…

coming to u mr. gaurav i dont know if our society take things this seriously..they mark each wrds of the film with much curiousity..if it is so why there is areeb majeed and mehdi kindoff rascals wondering in our country when maa tujhe salaam nd indian like movies are telecasted on stargold fortnightly..why there are some bloody politicians who see rape with (ladkon se galti ho jaati hai kind of attitude).why?? do u have any answer?? if she raised d topic u started googling about her profession nd those wrds which she used in the movie??ur mentality just got screened by d fact u told(science fiction movies are nt a bed of roses fr these guys).please dont underestimate them?? we r d culprits behind the scenes nd we have to admit it..we must begin the change from ourselves frst..u jsr see the complan ads daily ..did u go to shop nd ask d shopkeeper to give a compln?? no, a big no is d answer..so y r we affected by some erection making ads..y?? y dont we get influenced by shiv kheras written book..y?? somwhere something iz missing..blaming one and the other iz not a solution..we should start the revolutin ..nd it must be started from our inside frst.. it was a pleasure to reply u both..hope my message will reach u…thanks

  • Thats very sad to hear this.being a citizen of this country i dont understand y all these issues rise in our country.no matter werever our prime minister narender modi takes our country to high peaks but he can to change the mentaily of the rapist in our country.i think womens in india are treated in like rubbish wich means use and throw, which is absolutely wrong.womens are pride tho this nation and we all men should respect that.Being rich dosent mean that u have all the powers in this world noways..power of truth power if togtherness is the biggest power according me.we all should salute her for being honest and throwing out what she was feeling for ages.So mam you need not plead all famous and reputed people to help you. Wen you have shown so much guts to put it in social media be strong enuf to fight against it as well.we people are with you.even though we are not famous but we have respect for women in this country.so wat i feel is nor a politician can help us nor big personalities its us we people who will cum out all guns blazing wth you.?

  • I feel for ya.
If you are middle class, upper middle class like to dress western, have a free spirit, do what the F you want, have a bf/gf etc – do not have chauffered cars and bodyguards – LEAVE India (women)

India is right next to Afganistan, Pakistan, bangladesh as being the worst nation for women

Sri Lanka is better – so are Burma/Nepal

Indian chutiaaa)s) are good for nothing males – lowest penile size, lowest IQ and lowest in treatment of women/girls. In Sports you see how good these “mard” turn out to be

Women – carry mace or pepper spray in your bag and spear it into teh eyes/nose of any filth that touches you. I am working with some NGO’s – for all women to order this from Flip-kart/snapdeals

This has to be your 1st defense – mace / pepper spray.

The law has to change like SIngapore/China/Meast:

    – Groping: 500 lashes till bone & skin comes off – in public

    – Rape: physical castration & 25 years NO interim bail. Also heavy fine of crores if perpetrator is wealthy. Most rich and powerful in India combine rape and macho dada giri as national sport.

    – Any sexual crime against children (below 18): death by firing squad (bullets price paid by perpetrator’s family)

Protect your children and your women – India is turning to be the lowest point of human civilization

Modi – basteerd actors and bollywood will not save you.

    SAVE YOURSELVES

  • Govt can only bring strict law to punish the Rapist but i feel this will not stop the offence against women.
We need law but the law will be valued when ppl will obey & value it. I think most of the indian middle class obeys law, high class modifies the law according to them, then who r the defaulters who doesn’t obeys law. Is it young lower class ????

Answer: Yes it is our young/half educated/ lower class, born in BPL but follows high class always but cant afford even middle class living standard.

Question: Why i mentioned the word young ?

Answer: Even lower/uneducated class also existed 20yrs back then why they are not offended any women bcoz either they r spiritually restricted or mentally limited to their work given by their masters(middle or high class). Many reasons we can find , if we start thinking.

We need to understand the disturbed brain of an offender & its social/economical background. I can say 90% local goons wont do rape bcoz they r economically good or they take help of prostitute to calm their mind & bodily need. But why driver/delivery boy/helper/plumber…all these low wage workers do rape most?

    Solution:
    1. We need to close the gap between upper class/ middle class & the lower class.

    What are the gaps ?
    1. Social gap, educational gap, economical gap.
Closing this gap will make one person think differently. And this will be the major milestone for stopping any type of crime, not only rape.

  • Madam I will see ur movie. Ok…now come to the point. Why sud suffer modi coz of ur situation. Just shut up ur bloody mouth n call Rahul Gandhi for ur debacle. People only know you coz in 1999 I was ut fan u hosted mtv show. Today I m working giving justice to Nirbhaya.why were u silent from last 20 yrs.is it only a promotional strategy.I know iwill be alone in theatre. My soft corner is for you coz I m still ur fan.

  • I’m sorry but I view this issue as very self-defending and hypocritical coming from an actress, as if women can dress however they want, and expect men to behave. Firstly I will say that I am a Muslim and as a Muslim, I am taught that every Woman is a Pearl that must be protected. Safeguarding the Izzah of all Women is just one of the basics in our Religion. Having said that, We all must be realistic and our Beautiful Complete Religion tells us how to deal with every fallacy mankind has, and will ever be prone to.

This problem is NOT ‘just to be blamed over the MEN’ in your country, rather the true perpetrator is your media and its portrayal of the modern woman. Your Heroines, much like Shehnaz here, as an actor would be very proud of bollywood and its portrayal of women, and perhaps as an art, also accept showcasing a rape scene in a bollywood movie, but when that happens for real, Generalization says blame all MEN. That seems to be a very disturbing approach.

Think of a scenario when a rapist has an access to a cinema ticket where he sees half-naked women romancing with heroes and they become women which only he can ever dream about, what happens next? I should leave for reality to tell the tale. Yes it is utterly Sad what women go through, When the Horrid Incident happened in Delhi, I read an article about it in one of the Magazines and It literally hurt. How could someone do such an animalistic act.

Sadly however, this letter seems ‘Much like every modern Woman’ to generalize all men as Gentlemen. My dear sisters as I would like to call you, reality is very very very far from the truth. Truth is that if you dangle a sweet treat in front of any man, much like your cinematic portrayal of the modern indian woman, that excites him, entices him and sparks that desire, he may behave as a rapist and fulfill his desire. I want to ask you another simple question, what about the innocence of all those young men in their adolescent years trying hard to cope with everything else life has to throw at them, who would fall prey to the lusts and desires your movies portray today? Who’s shame is to blame then?

I just want to simply put it like this: I have two candy bars with me, I open the wrapper of one of them completely and leave the second, I throw both of them on the muddy ground, pick them up after, and present you with either, which one would you choose?

A woman must cover herself like she is a real pearl. If you ever want to feel safe in public dear sisters, please start wearing an ‘Abaya’, ‘Veil’ or anything that completely covers you from head to toe and doesn’t distinguish your body. Its my challenge, try it, and I’m sure nobody will even eye you much less grope you.

A very Wise man has said that if you wish to destroy a society and sever its roots, make nudity and indecency a norm in it.

Think about it, please, because this is a very big issue, you hate rape and rapists but you’re the only ones who make these rapists. You do not even give them a chance, Please stop and think what your movies and media is responsible for. It is NOT a thing to be proud of if it leads to this.

Lastly in all sincerity, I don’t mean to hurt anyone, I truly and genuinely believe that this is the fault of the MEDIA and Women. If they were to dress Much Much less provocatively, things would not lead to this. And I truly hope every women becomes safe and protected.

  • Though the immediate solution is strict laws and proper surveillance with cameras, the long term
Solution is teaching kids to treat others with respect and tell them that boys and girls are equal.
The approach within our society will change only with proper sensible education at schools.

  • in our country.. Bharat.. Hindustan.. the culture is to respect women. women who have forms of goddesses and men and women worship them. women who are the better of the two as she has high tolerance, is having the power to reproduce and give life to another life, a woman who makes or break the families and now she is even earning more than men. women are symbols of love and motherhood. i am shocked of what i am hearing recently. men who call themselves men are not men anymore. they have become animals or worse. even animals do not force themselves on the opposite sex. i feel this influence comes from media, bollywood and the types.
it is shameful and i agree those who commit these crimes should be hanged without trial.
why cant we adopt the rule of the Arab countries..
cut the hands of thieves if caught stealing
    death for death
chop off the sexual organs of a rapist
break the hands of men to touch women indecently.
ONLY WHEN THERE WILL BE SEVER PUNISHMENT WILL THERE BE FEAR OF NOT COMMITTING THE OFFENSE

  • Ah Shenaz … half the soldiers deployed in Kashmir will face the gallows for raping Muslim Kashmiri girls … Or you mean they don’t count ???
