Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, who returns to the big screen more than a year after the release of Chennai Express, has wished the director of his biggest blockbuster Rohit Shetty, all the luck for his upcoming film ‘Singham Returns’.
Khan also wished his rival Ajay Devgn, who battled it out against him during Diwali 2012 when Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son Of Sardaar released on the same day in theatres.
“Want to wish Rohit Shetty & Ajay Devgn & their whole team of Singham 2 (Singham Returns) the best of luck. May you entertain us as you have been doing for years,” SRK posted on Twitter.
Since Shahrukh shares an excellent relationship with his ‘Chennai Express’ director, the two have mutually agreed to release the theatrical trailer of ‘Happy New Year’ with ‘Singham Returns’.
The sequel to ‘Singham’ also features Kareena Kapoor in the lead.
Singham Returns is produced by Ajay Devgn Films, Rohit Shetty Productions and Reliance Entertainment. The film releases in theatres on Independence Day.

After a lot of speculation and hoopla surrounding Kapil Sharma’s exit from the upcoming YRF drama Bank Chor, there was even more excitement about who would be replacing the comedian in the film. Well, YRF has confirmed the new male lead of their project and that’s none other than Riteish Deshmukh.
Currently, riding high on the success with his super hit film Ek Villain, the actor is now doubled with joy as he bags the new project. Confirming the news, Riteish said, “Loved the script. Don was just a hit n got so many negetive review n don2 was not a big film like dhoom3, ra.one is the biggest film of 2011 plus its a 2nd installment not 3rd. Even the negetive performance of ra1 the main reason don2 miss the blockbuster tag like wanted miss that despite it was better than ready or bodyguard. Don2 release non holiday, christmas fall in sunday n jai ho. Don2 did 113(all verson) in 3000screen. The adjusted gross of don2 in 4500screen min 160cr, so just shut up for bringing 3yr before released film. Wait for don3 which already a big franchis as don2 is the most liked action film
