Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has spoken for the first time about the controversy involving singer Arijit Singh, who wrote a open apology letter to Salman on his Facebook page.
When a journalist asked Salman about Arijit Singh, the actor said “Who is that?”
He then added that it’s the producer (Aditya Chopra) and director (Ali Abbas Zafar) who decide the best voice for the film. The actor also said they rejected his voice. Rejection, he said, is life and there is no reason to get so upset or hurt.
“In every film, there are lot of singers who sing. It’s the director and producer who make the choice of who is going to be the best voice for the film. One voice was mine but that was also rejected. So why get so upset and hurt? This is life. Then smart comments, post (Facebook).. you come to know the intentions (Arijit’s)” Salman said.
First insulted salman in award function , then apologise it a year later .
Its simple if you dont respect other then you dont also deserve respect .

@Joy-Don’t talk crap about SRK. SRK has the highest number of classic movies among all actors. All his romantic movies( he is called the King of Romance) and anti-hero movies are cult classics along with Swades, Chak De India and My Name is Khan. THat’s why people still love him inspite of his recent films being a disappointment in terms of content. He has the biggest fan following overseas because of his classics. And according to Indicine he is also the most successful bollywood actor ever.
Arjit is a man who Is what he is because of his talent and he is self made man unlike papa’s talentless loser boy like you. Now the question is who is salman without his papa? Answer is gonna remain mysterious forever because no one can guess what this loser talentless none actor wold have been if he was not from a industrial background.
@xzone I agree with everything you said. This non actress is only existing due to South remakes, illiterate audience in our backward country, slums, auto drivers who follow him and Masala movies. More over that he has got a magic jack called Kabir khan who is giving him some wannabe classic movies like Fuze bulb to save his career after bunch of disasters in his initial 80% of talentless career. I don’t like srk but he is far better actor and matured person than this loser talentless none actress.
