It’s here finally! The much-awaited trailer of Akshay Kumar’s Rustom, written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai. The film also stars Ileana D’Cruz, Arjan Bajwa and Esha Gupta.
Rustom is based on real-life incident of Naval Officer K.M. Nanavati.

Not look like grand trailer but content will be solid .let’s see it will get better response than M.D .it’s clearly hrithik vs Akshay and legendary ashutosh vs newcomer director Tinu suresh Desai.Depend upon good marketing strategy right now conceptwise rustom is slightly head to M.D.

What should I write now?
Even many comments in the article (even from a few genuine visitors ) have made me cringe!
I have two questions for all of you!!
1. Have you guys seen the trailers of Airlift and Baby?? Compare those two trailers with the trailer of Rustom!
2. Do you guys know the meaning of “Best” “Brilliant” “Terrific” “Excellent” “Outstanding” and so on? Is it that simple to use these words for any stuffs ?
My full review:
I was expecting a tense, thrilling and super classy trailer like the trailer of Baby and Airlift from the makers of Rustom as it belongs to the genre of “crime-patriotic-thriller”! But guess what? It is looking like a regular Bollywood thriller drama and too easy to eyes.
The trailer starts very well. Akshay Kumar is looking very impressive. But then a loud number of Ankit Tiwari comes and we see a scene of Akshay romancing ileana in the song(will it deviate the pace? Well, it can be known only after watching the movie).
At 1:15 mins, the trailer reminds me of Azhar! Towards the end, the trailer looks a bit manipulative too(2:20 mins, Gabbar is Back with a better production design.no?). Some sequences look unnecessarily loud!
What’s good?
Obviously Akshay Kumar is looking impressive. Ileana seems to be perfectly cast! Dialogues are ” solid “. Cinematography and production design looks superb.
Rustom trailer is just good! But it gives the sign of a chunky, inconsistent, unnecessarily commercialized and a bit manipulative thriller.
It’s looking too easy and regular to eyes unlike the trailers of Baby and Airlift.
My rating : 3/5 ( not too good for a thriller).
And yes, when it comes to trailers/movies of other actors, I have always been honest.
Haider had clashed with Bang Bang, yet I found its trailer brilliant and openly admitted it.
Also doesn’t the trailer reveal too much?
Did anyone else find the feel of Azhar in it?

My confidence over MohenjoDaro has increased now. The trailer is looking good, but not “exciting” at all. Looks “typical” and “regular”.
I am quite sure that Ashutosh Gowariker’s visual treat is going to be better than the ” usual ” “regular” and “typical” not so intense and genuinely thrilling movie of Tinu Suresh Desai!!
Sometimes I seriously feel that many people don’t have their own thinking powers. Their views highly get influenced by others. And that is the reason why MohenjoDaro is suffering from such stupid negativity today!!
