Rowdy Rathore is the first ‘Blockbuster’ of 2012 and is running successfully all over in it’s 4th week. The film is now being referred to as Akshay Kumar’s Dabangg!
Although the response to both films was similar, Rowdy Rathore is unlikely to go past the lifetime collections of Dabangg (140 crores). But that could well be due to competition from new releases every week – from films like Shanghai, Ferrari Ki Sawaari and Teri Meri Kahaani.
Ever since it’s release, we have received requests for a vote out between Rowdy Rathore and Dabangg. Both films belong to the same genre and both featured Sonakshi Sinha. Probably the only difference apart from the lead actor and director, would be the fact that Dabangg was an original script while Rowdy Rathore was a scene-to-scene remake.

Well though I like Akshay acting more than Salman, I would give Dabangg the vote considering its a original script. If RR was a original idea probably RR would have beaten Dabangg numbers.
Both are entertaining movies nevertheless.
I don’t like AKSHAY much but I hate Salman. Rowdy Rathore is a clear winner here. Akshay is a polite guy and Salman is one who thinks he is above all. I don’t care who beats Salman be it Akshay, Aamir, SRK, Hrithik, Ajay. I just want it done.. And God is my witness here this is going to happen very soon. What goes up must come down! See what happened with SRK and Akshay and Hrithik. Akshay and Hrithik managed to rise up. Now it’s time for Lallu & Teelu to lick the dust..

Rowdy rathore b/coz its full of entertainment there was none of place in the movie where we get bore . Akki is much better actor than salmaan . Rowdy the best . Salmaan can only do chevallapan or a character with attitude.
