Shahrukh Khan vs Aamir Khan Overseas BO
As is pretty evident from the above numbers, Shahrukh Khan has dominated the overseas markets like no other actor in the history of the Indian film industry. Even his most ridiculed film, Ra One, has collected close to 11 million overseas.
But Aamir Khan’s last release Dhoom 3 and his most loved film 3 Idiots, have topped the charts. In fact, Dhoom 3 is way above the rest.
So the battle for the highest overseas grosser of 2014 is most likely going to be between Aamir’s P.K and SRK’s Happy New Year. The one factor that will hugely favour P.K is the fact that Rajkumar Hirani, the director of 3 Idiots, is directing P.K too.

@omer are you serious or a blind fanatic. If the movie was taken by srk than it won’t be termed as most loved film of current time. The simple reason that at this age srk couldn’t justify a college going boy role the way Aamir did for which his short height and innocent face made to realise that we can satisfy that he is looking like a college guy. No doubt if movie got appreciation than any actor can got that fame which Aamir get with 3i and Srk presence will make more solid presence in overseas but the question remain could srk justify the character of Rancho? PK will smack all critics, and bags numerous awards, where as HYN will smack all records. We all know that. Pk is an art flim directed by Brillant Raj Kumar Hirani and acted by genius Aamir Khan, we could expect critics from it, not records. HYN is complete package of fun filled by numerous casts. By the way, I am a die hard fan of Aamir Khan. Pk will sustain its postion in thetare for many days, but due to slow opening, it wouldn’t be able to surpass HYN. SRK will ends this year with HYN. That would be great if Aamir suprass it too, but rare chance.
