Shahrukh Khan vs Aamir Khan Overseas BO
As is pretty evident from the above numbers, Shahrukh Khan has dominated the overseas markets like no other actor in the history of the Indian film industry. Even his most ridiculed film, Ra One, has collected close to 11 million overseas.
But Aamir Khan’s last release Dhoom 3 and his most loved film 3 Idiots, have topped the charts. In fact, Dhoom 3 is way above the rest.
So the battle for the highest overseas grosser of 2014 is most likely going to be between Aamir’s P.K and SRK’s Happy New Year. The one factor that will hugely favour P.K is the fact that Rajkumar Hirani, the director of 3 Idiots, is directing P.K too.

Worldwide includes India and in India highest grosser can be a salman khan action film or maybe even a Bang Bang if it releases this year.

Indicine, Sorry to say! I don’t think you are well-informed! KICK is not an out and out action film. It is more of a comedy than action film is. It is Comedy-Romance-Action film. The action in the film will sleek like the action in ETT.
By the way, ETT was an action film, wasn’t it? If not, was it Babaji Ka Thullu? The difference was its action was different from that in Bodyguard or Dabangg 2.
KICK will be in top three in overseas. No need to talk about domestic one. It will rule supreme at the BO..,,,
@Anand, genre-wise, Kick is likely to be similar to Ek Tha Tiger. And the point here is, apart from Shahrukh and Aamir, no other actor has managed to score more than 60 cr in the overseas markets. They are way ahead of the rest.

To srk haters, Chennai express was just the trailer. Hny will prove what shahrukh khan can really do at the box office. And this time, theres no ouatim2 to stop hny and eat up 70% of its screen space in the 2nd week. If hny gets decent wom like chennai express, still all records will be in danger. Poor man don 2 was being a sequal released on cristmas period and collected 11 million. The same time 3 i and mnik stand on 25 and 22 million respectively. So don 2 collected just half of our king shaking mnik.

Both HNY and PK will make big.Both SRK and Aamir are biggest superstars.even if their films are good or bad it will collect more then enough.Its evident from last year Aamir’s dhoom3 and Srk’s Chennai express.They ravished all records.CE wasn’t all glittering like D3.yet it broke beyond expectations.both worked on star powers.D3 also worked with open weekend,its established franchise.so it made more collection. We people get more attracted to them.These are working merely more on script which were sadly craps.3 idiots collection is justified.it had a strong humorous script already hit in India by Chetan Bhagat.and we could relate to the movie.so many people loved it.hardly we get to see such movies.any actor who knew comedy and acting could make it a big hit.but since its Aamir it got a star power so more people watched.So its really seems stupid watching these fan wars. Amir )this movie could have grossed more atleast in the overseas…I guarantee that!!Similarly Dhoom 3 grossed because of the Franchise YRF built..The story was a rip off of prestige and unconvincing.Again had SRK had been in D3 it would have grossed further more….
For that matter of fact Even Talaash could have grossed better in overseas if SRK was casted.
