Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film ‘Mohenjo Daro’, which is one of the biggest and most anticipated films of 2016.
It marks the return of Ashutosh Gowariker, the director of the Oscar nominated film ‘Lagaan’ and other critically acclaimed classics like ‘Swades’ and ‘Jodhaa Akbar’.
Hrithik, who had earlier said the film was a ‘biggie’, has promised to take the audience to an era that has been forgotten. For those unaware, the actor was referring to the civilisation named Mohenjo Daro that existed in the province of Sindh, Pakistan back in 2500BC.
The superstar tweeted “Journeys that test strength of character are ones you should be most PROUD OF! Its a WRAP!”

Within a few minutes of Hrithik’s tweets, #MohenjoDaro became the top trend on Twitter India.
Also starring Pooja Hedge in the lead, Mohenjo Daro will be Hrithik’s first film in nearly 2 years. The magnum opus releases in theatres on August 12.
I think everyone here might have seen the true color of this Babaji ka thullu!! He just takes refuge under the banner of being a superstar Hrithik fan to bash most Salmir and sometimes SRK.
He is a just a fan of tiny wandering star gobar kumar…

Just because 2 films are clashing does not make them comparable…MOHENJODARO (Always in caps) is far too big a film to be compared with a small film like Rustom. MOHENJODARO will not break even in the collections which will make Rustom a hit/superhit. We as bollywood buffs should hope that MD does to bollywood what Bahubali did to south cinema. PERIOD.
Hrithik is best male dancer of bollywood, akshay is best male martial arts fighter in bollywood. they both have their own unique qualities.

Dude, even according to the biased BOI Krrish 3 is classified as a Blockbuster with India nett of 180cr if you check their archives. Your Akki has not even crossed 135cr with a solo film mind you. Even Hrithik’s underperforming BangBang has netted 140cr (again as per BOI morons) which is more than any films of your Akki ever managed..right? Moreover Hrithik is miles ahead of Akki when it comes to overseas collection of his movies. In 2012 Hrithik had Agneepath and Akki had Rowdy Rathore…similar genre mass masala movies and Agneepath collected double than Rowdy Rathore in overseas…why? Where is the superstardom of Akki in overseas? If you take overseas collection of top 20 Bollywood films there won’t be any Akki solo films in that list I am sure. But Hrithik is present there since 2006 onwards and with each new releases from now on he is going to climb that ladder surely.
And you are saying SIB did 21 cr 1st day on Gandhi Jayanti day..yeah right so despite having a 3 day extended weekend why the film stopped at 75 cr nett lol.
