Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker has announced that his ambitious magnum-opus ‘Mohenjo Daro’, which was earlier locked for theatrical release during the Republic Day weekend of 2016, has now been pushed to the Independence Day weekend.
Co-produced by Disney India and Ashutosh Gowariker Productions, ‘Mohenjo Daro’ will now release on August 12 2016.
The film, a love story set during the Indus Valley civilisation, stars Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hedge.
The gap between Hrithik last release (Bang Bang) and his next (Mohenjo Daro) will be 22 months. Hrithik fans will now have to wait for a year and half for his next film.

If it’s postponed then it must be a worth the wait. ashutosh gowarikar is one of the most sensible and great directors. his movies are always classic masterpiece.

I am Hrithik’s fan but I am quite disappointed to see how he has chosen not to appear much on screens by blaming himself that he doesn’t have much time!! what the hell is this?? is he aware of the fact that by the age of 41, SRK, Amir and others have achieved much more than what he has achieved? is he aware that he has completed 15 long years in bollywood and now one of the most senior actors of bollywood??
The way he talk is full of stupidity! how can an educated and experienced actor say that “I signed a movie in a second based on my instincts” that means he never researches on a script before he signed on it. Life is not a full of poetry. He should get real than dreaming in his fantacy world. His conversation is full of shit. He has no goal in his life, he never set any strategy about how he can reach to a point when people will say that he is now on top of the world. Every movie is not Kaho na Pyaer that he thinks that one big shot will make him the best. There are so many criteria to fullfil if he wants to be the top. He doesn’t want to compete, only thing that attracts him now is money. Once someone pays him enough, he will sign on his movie.
He talks in a manner that he has achieved everything and he doesn’t have to go any further which is why he is doing social work rather than doing a movie for his career by giving opportunities to a completely new director.
I really don’t trust Ashutosh Gwarikar. His movies are so boring, although he ends up with earning lots of award but his movies are box office shits!!

Bollywood is biggest cinema industry in india…but there r lots of bad films and some gud films ( I like p.k, CDi, Mnik, 3 idiots, rang de basanti, lagan etc)

@tiger,I always praised kamal sir for his acting.but I didn’t say like that rather said he can’t do some roles one of the biggest example is romance we can’t think kamal sir can play a role like KING KHAN in JTHJ not only kamal sir except the youth generation nagain one can play that role where he played a 26 aged romantic boy,some situation you have to understand rather than to show your fingers towards other.

if you people want to know whether I am a fan of HR or not, you can check my previous comments in other posts to varify. I am his fan. I want him to become the top as he has such talent. But my anger on him is based on how he is being lazy by not doing enough good films. No you can’t say that Bang Bang was a good choice. He spent his time and career on a script which is too much of mediocre quality when he did his best performance to date. Why did he have to put a lot on script which is below the standard?? why is he not doing a medium budget films. Even if you compare, you will see that Ranbir Kapoor did more films than Hrithik did in his entire career so no my friend just because I am his fan, I can’t be supporting his attitude blindly. He really talks like as if he is living in a life of a poet. No reality in his spiritual conversation. He is more in dream, he is more in a spiritual life than in a real life. He really doesn’t understand reality at this age my friend. He should choose a film which is market oriented to make him bigger star than all khans. At this stage he is far away from khans but has enough talent to cross everyone which he is not using!!

He was chanting 600cr ww, 300 cr domestic with hny but it come with PK again.So what he can do just try to console himself by bring down classic films of Aamir and calling srk poor films JTHJ better than rdb and ra 1 better than Robot.That’s why he is our complain boy.
