Exclusive movie stills from Nikhil Advani’s upcoming film Katti Batti starring Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan. The film marks the comeback of Imran after the ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ debacle in November 2013.
Director Nikhil Advani too hasn’t had a clean-hit after runaway success of his debut film Kal Ho Na Ho. Salaam-e-Ishq, Chandni Chowk To China and Patiala House were box office failures. His last release D-Day was received well by the critics, but the response at the ticket window was mixed.

Currently the best actress of bollywood teams up with the almost the finished Bhanja of Aamir khan. Poor choice of male lead from director. But more than Imran khan film will be about Kangana’s character and that may make this film watchable.
I hope he will come back stronger a much better man than the overrated Ranbir kapoor.

the real of bollywood is back.still remember watching his debut super hit Jane tu ya jane na and the rage that film had created among all my frndz.he has also acted in some other good films like delly belly,ihls,mbkd amd emaet all of which were decent to superhits at the bo.the city youth still luv him and I m sure he will make a strong comeback and bcm a huge star one day.

I dont get why everyone hates Imraan so much. He was a part of a game changer film like Delhi Belly. I mean this is an example of hypocrisy. They are open to Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapoor but when it comes to Imraan, they are like “Aamir ka Bhanja.”
The 3 names I listed above haven’t tried an out of box non-commercial genre on their own. Badlapur is still commercial, Finding Fanny had actors like Pankaj Kapoor, Naseer Sahab. Imran had no popular actor along with him. He should have worked with Vikram Motwane. Rejecting that film has hampered his career. Hope this one works big. Want Imraan to stay in the industry

I’m not pin-pointing anyone, but believe me I have seen the highest no. of trolls being made on Imran. Each one has “Aamr ka Bhanja” taunt in it. I mean this is stupid. In an industry where nepotism is oxygen this statement hints at our hypocrisy as a society.
I agree, his choice of films is quite bad but then why weren’t Varun or Arjun targeted? Varun made his debut in a banal film while critics havent ever appreciated Arjun’s acting. Yet they are never singled out and trolled on social networking sites like Imran.

Imran Khan is nothing in front of Hashmi in terms of acting,he can only play those chocolate boy roles like in JTYJN,EMAET,IHLS..
He tried something different with Matroo ki bijlee but that film tanked badly.
Delhi belly was more of a collective effort of the three leads and there also Vir Das and Kunal Roy Kapor overshadowed him.
@gj007:: Varun Dhawan has been impressive enough in terms of performances in all his films and his films too have went on to do well at the boxoffice..He is a good dancer and possesses good looks too..that has resulted him building a decent following…
As for Arjun Kapoor,he too started with a bang with Ishaqzaade but his performances have been criticised by critics..
Imran Khan is mainly mocked bcoz of his relationship with Aamir(An A list superstar)..People have drawn comparisons with aamir right from his first release..while for Varun and Arjun,comparisons were never a problem even though they were from film background as their dads are director and producer resp.Also Imran Khan lacks acting prowess,good looks,not a special dancer..
It is going to be really tough for him to survive now after this youngistaanis have evolved!
@gj, can’t say much about other sites but here in @indicine arjun kapur is treated worse than imran khan(mainly bcz of sumbuddha). Also varun and arjun are newcomers and worked in only a few movies compare to imran, so we need to wait 2-3years more to see their real status in box office as well as in social networking sites.

Not a big fan of Imran. The last time I watched his film, it was Delhi Belly. Like you said, because Aamir is an actor while David or Boney are behind the camera, they get away with outrageous comparisons.
But I wont agree with you saying, “Varun is an impressive performer.” Yeah a great dancer, but I am yet to see a riveting performance from his side. May be in Badlapur? Time will tell. But I had seen Ranbir in Rocket Singh just in 2 years of his launch and his act wasblew my mind. Somehow these newbies (Apart from may be Ranveer or Sushant) dont really stand out as big performers compared to Ranbir.
And about Imran, to be honest Imraan has none of it. And I know this fact. But the criticism he faces, sometimes gets on my nerves.

Wow! Kangana is really looking good and adorable in this new hairstyle. She has come a long way from her early days and improved a lot.
Imran had good ceiling, was groomed as a future superstar along with Ranbir, he also seems to be a good guy, but he needs to improve his acting skills. He’s often monotonous, I wish him all the best for his comeback.
