Two new ‘close up’ posters of Ashutosh Gowariker’s Mohenjo Daro are out and they look good! Hrithik Roshan plays the role of Sarman, while Pooja Hegde is his lady-lady Chaani.
The film has been in news right from the time the trailer was released.
Set in 2016BC (more than 4100 years ago), Mohenjo Daro is an epic adventure film which is scheduled to release in theatres on August 12 this year. The music of the film has been composed by A.R. Rahman.

Advantages of Mohenjadaro:
1) Hrithik’s movie after almost 2 years.
2) Combination of Hrithik, Ashutosh Gowariker & AR Rahman – Great movie expected!
3) Good music by AR Rahman
4) Decent Trailer
5) Pooja looks stunning
6) Movie is action oriented and thus has mass appeal.
Disadvantage:
1) Clash.
2) Historical – Not much audience for historical movies. But, all Khans failed except Hrithik who was successful starring in historical movies.
Advantage of Rustom:
1) Trailer is good.
2) Good Music.
Disadvantage
1) Clash
2) Suspense/Thriller – Not much audience again.
3) Except Akshay, no other major name.
Overall, Media has brought MD down only after looking at Rustom trailer whereas they have not analyzed other factors like above which is wrong. One point to be noted, Akshay who struggles to cross 100 crore even with a highly acclaimed movie like Airlift is clashing with a big star and media thinks he will make it 100 crores with Rustom easily. Highly impossible.

buzz of rustom is higher than mj ryt now.d prbm with mj is that trailor was much below everyones expectations and d songs n pictures r just decent.when so much is invested on mj it needed to have hammer strong impression.but that is clearly missing.

Its wonderful to read comments paraising the posters. And negative comments…they are so predictable, mostly coming from a specific fan base…so we can easily ignore them as their insecurity is understandable :-P

it all started with the teaser …….when they portrayed that they were going to show something which has seen before ….like 2600 bce , before christ before buddha n all ….so people’s expectation got higher …they thought they are going to see something different …something for the very first time ….
But when the trailer arrived , nothing was new , costume , haircut , same dialect, and cliched love story …..
i am not disappointed after seeing the trailer , it was good actually but people got misled after seeing the teaser and started to have sky high expectation from trailer ..
i am die hard hrithik fan …i’ll watch this movie no matter what …also i believe this movie would be far better than bang bang …
To all akki fans , why u guys are bashing this movie …. no hrithik fan except a very few bashing rustom …we all know that a movie with good content will always win …. so just have faith in ur favorite movie same like we hrithikians are having ..we are wishing best for rustom too …
