Two new ‘close up’ posters of Ashutosh Gowariker’s Mohenjo Daro are out and they look good! Hrithik Roshan plays the role of Sarman, while Pooja Hegde is his lady-lady Chaani.
The film has been in news right from the time the trailer was released.
Set in 2016BC (more than 4100 years ago), Mohenjo Daro is an epic adventure film which is scheduled to release in theatres on August 12 this year. The music of the film has been composed by A.R. Rahman.

Didn’t like the posters. MJD music has received good response, Trailer got mixed response. I liked the trailer. I still have faith in the movie as I hope it won’t fail at boxoffice.
Agree Indicine I have noticing etc prediction about Rustom from last 2-3 months. Their forecast is 125cr. Rustom may cross 125cr if reviews are superb but how can an intelligent person expect 125cr with non-festive clash. And their forecast for MJD is 75cr. ROFL. I will expect vice versa considering mixed wom for both films.

Your Q :- Guys issn’t rustom’s buzz is more than mohnjo?
My A :- Could be…the reason being nobody expected a decent stuff from Akki and when they got a better result obviously there will be buzz….on the other hand trade and public was expecting a much better packaged trailer for Mohenjo Daro because it is a Hrithik Roshan movie dude! So when the trailer didn’t meet the expected scale positive buzz is lower than where it should have been…
So you got the 2 answers for one question if you analyze the answer properly…
One thing I want to add here ,although everyone is not satisfied with mohenjodaro’s trailer,one must understand that its not entirely a fictional movie lke bahubali.The makers have to ensure that along with showcasing huge sets and grandeur filled visuals,they don’t distort the authenticity of the product.Also the makers should be credited with trying such a risky proposition on a huge scale.And hrithik’s commitment should be lauded instead of being diluted on the basis of box office figures.I am damn hopeful the content will be good.Being a staunch Srkian I remember when RA 1 ,after two years of intense hard work failed as a movie,it was heartbteaking.So I hope that all such movies like this one,shivaay m dangal do exceptionally well.
