Armaan Jain’s debut film Lekar Hum Deewana Dil had a disastrous first day at the box office. The overall occupancy was way lower than the other release this week, Bobby Jasoos, a film that also took a poor start.
There were reports early on Friday that a few shows had to be cancelled as no one showed up to watch the film.
The reports are also mixed, so it remains to be seen if Lekar Hum Deewana Dil can pick up on Saturday and Sunday.
The film has collected Rs 46 lakhs on its opening day, with Mumbai and Delhi/UP circuit contributing close to 30 lakhs. The remaining circuits were complete washouts.
Lekar Hum Deewana Dil has to collect atleast 1 crore on Saturday to have an outside chance of recovering its investment.

armaan jain is far better performer than the self proclaimed king srk. KRK taught srk acting for 10 long years still srk didn’t lose the habit of overacting in films. his overacting crap drama will continue in happy new flop. it will not cross 60 cr.
