The 150 second long trailer of Hrithik Roshan’s Kites will officially release with SRK’s My Name Is Khan on 12th February 2010.
The makers though were shocked to know that the trailer was leaked onto the internet soon after it was sent to 20th Century Fox, the distributors of My Name Is Khan. Soon, almost all videos of the leaked trailer were removed from Youtube and other video sharing portals.
The audience reaction to the trailer, which shows off the Hrithik – Barbara Mori chemistry with great background music and a couple of kissing scenes, has been excellent.

My Name is Khan pre-release reaction has been mixed Nitesh, not poor. It has already got the thumbs up from the BJP and many of the film fraternity, most calling SRKs performace outstanding.
But I agree with u in that the film will struggle at the box office in India due to the large amount of anti-srk fans and the theme of the film. Also from what i understand in the pre-release screenings in the UK (I didnt get a chance to attend this), My name is Khan has been made to cater for alot more than just an Indian audience, in fact such that its tone is more like a Hollywood film, this was some of the feedback i got, other feedback was that “SRK is exceptional,” “the film refrains from being Islamic propoganda” and “unlike New York and Kurbaan it is not anti-american”, “the film also looks to represent all cultures”, from what i understand there is also a chinese character in the film, while also a pair of american farmers, and characters of a carribean descent.
Had it not been made for an international audience then SRK would have probably apologised by now to the Shiv Sena, but then again he is muslim and as a muslim myself i know that in the quran it is written “that if you are backed into a corner but believe you are right, then uphold your beliefs, Allah Subhanatallah will give you the strength to overcome any weaknesses”.
SRK is certainly not many peoples (Indians) cup of tea. As an educated Indian myself who lived there(India) for 20 years i fail to see what the controvery is about, I am hoping that the Shiv Sena will be banned after this, but hey thats my opinion.

there is absolutely no way mnik will beat the record of 3 idiots. it is virtually impossible !! no film can do that. remember 3 idiots has crossed nearly 200 crores net in just 6 weeks. no shah rukh movie has ever crossed even 100 crore net in total.
