The film showed good growth on it’s 2nd Saturday and Sunday, with around 30% growth each day.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan Second Weekend Business
Jab Tak Hai Jaan grossed 9.50 crore nett over its second weekend. Due to the extended first week the film did not show the second weekend Saturday and Sunday growth like some of the other big films of the year. The film has held up better in the bigger cities and the total for the film after its second weekend is 92 crore nett approx.
The film has turned the tables on Son Of Sardaar in East Punjab as it had lower collections in the first ten days but managed better collections in the next three days although by just a couple of lakhs.
The collections have come off heavily in places like West Bengal, Nizam and Mysore where it opened to very strong collections.

as being a salman fan i am not going unfair with srk. srk did justice to his role but what i believe script wasnt good because if you see it was similar to veer zara interm of loving eachother and living away from eachother that quiet old type story. should have made something like DDLJ a guy comes from london to find his love in india. another thing please in future dont cast katrina for these type of romantic roles. i still believe anushka was better choice for katrina’s role. i dont know what gonna be the lifetime but it should atleast do anything above 125 crores

@ahsan now a days Masala Craps r much much Bigger then romantic gener or any other gener. So this result was expected. As people still love to watch Masala gener. So no worries. We SRK fans r happy that JTHJ becomes a successful movie. Other wise Saif’s Cocktail was romance gener but didnot get 100cr. Shahid Very Good Movies Mausam & Teri Meri Kahani were failed at BO. That means JTHJ reached that position coz of SRK’s power. Which others are unable to get. So we r still happy n relief.
if it collects 115 to 120cr acc to boi collection then its called super hit. . But in actual its 92cr acc to boi which is 17cr less than official figure . .

@ahmed i also believe Katrina’s acting skills r not perfect. Anushka act naturally. We fall in love with her every character just because she act very naturally n strongly. I think they supposed to cast Kareena or Deepika for Katrina’s character.
