On his 49th birthday, Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has expressed his desire to work in the most popular franchise in Bollywood – Dhoom!
When a journalist asked SRK if he would be interested in doing the next Dhoom film, Khan said ”I am doing a film with Yash Raj and that’s ‘Fan’. If I get an opportunity, I would love to do it. I find it very cool.”
SRK was quick to add that Aditya Chopra, the producer of Dhoom films, is yet to approach him.
Dhoom is one of the most successful series in Bollywood. The first part in the series, released in 2004, did well at the box office. The second, featuring Hrithik Roshan, went on to be the highest grossing film in India and the third instalment starring Aamir Khan remains the biggest grosser in India and overseas.
With the cast of the film getting bigger with each new instalment, it’s safe to assume that it would either be Salman Khan or Shahrukh Khan headlining the next film in the franchise. Akshay Kumar would be a great choice too!

if he do d4,the film will be never completed due his injury and unfit body except some vfx team performed by huge bodydoubles styled all the action and chasing sequence.
If he does Dhoom series, it will be an ATBB Provided the characterisation is that of Don series….
Many Dhoom films may come…
But
Dhoom 2 will always be on the top….
One simply cannot match that charisma of the coolest theif – Mr A…
Had it released now, a 300Cr was a sureshot thing…
Dhoom 3 wasn’t a Dhoom film at all… Even though its one of the Best action Thrillers, You dnt put family drama, revenge etc in a Dhoom film… But Aamir did brilliant performance…
If By any Chance Hrithik does another Dhoom movie…. Then only One word –
RIP BO RECORDS…

For 3rd sequel we waited for 7 years… Imagine how much we will have to for the next…

@Don’t hate, and that’s why it is all time highest grosser. just shut your mouth before you write anything. aamir in dhoom 3 was much better than shahrukh in don series. in fact shahrukh was the worst choice for action movies likie don series. aamir was far more convincing than him in dhoom 3. and because of him dhoom 3 is ATBB. so just shut your mouth.

DON2 IS THE BEST ACTION MOVIE OF INDIA TILL DATE.all dhoom3 franchise film’s stunt and fights are too much overrated but I agreed dhoom3 is the big name enough of itself.
genuinely speaking DHOOM FRANCHISE needs perfect model looking ACTORS LIKE—–SRK,John,Hrithik.bulky ACTORS like amir/salman looking too old in these films.
KING KHAN WILL DEFINITE DO THIS FILM.dhoom3 destroyed by amir khan if any other actor would have there than it could cross 300cr because amit is a 90cr club actor and salman will never get this role.after KING KHAN,I will like to see ARYAN KHAN/Ranbir Kapoor.
