In a group interview to promote his recently released film ‘The Shaukeens’, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar spoke about the super-stardom of his father-in-law Rajesh Khanna and the current superstars in the industry that he looks up to.
Talking about the craze for Rajesh Khanna during his peak years in the late 60s and early 70s, Akshay said “According to my wife (Twinkle Khanna), I cannot reach there. I agree. I cannot compare myself to him”
When asked about who he admires amongst the current lot of superstars, the actor said “Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan are the two superstars whom I admire in Bollywood”
Akshay’s latest release ‘The Shaukeens’ has opened well at the box office. The film collected Rs 5.12 cr on Friday and 6.35 cr on Saturday.

who the bloody hell is akshay to ignore aamir???????? akshay is not even 5% of aamir. aamir is the biggest superstar of bollywood. no body can change that fact. salman is my second favorite, but i hate akshay who never said anything good about aamir or never praised him. while aamir has many times appreciated akshay in many interviews, but i never saw akshay praising aamir. how cheap he is??????????????? cheap actor and cheap taste. doesn’t he have any guts to praise an actor who has given great movies with great acting and also doing a social crusader show like satyamev jayathe???????????? middle finger to you akshay. I will never watch your movies. you are a flop actor and will remain so. you can’t achieve even 5% of aamir. you are talentless and useless actor in bollywood. your face is also like a rikshawaals. Hey you SRK fans Salman Khan never took his father’s name to reach stardom so stop looking for excuses to malign him. Its the Khan family who took SRK off the roads and gave him a place to sleep and food to eat and what does he do in return, he bites the hand that fed him he is an ungrateful man and one day will pay for it. ‘Please don’t ignore the truth and also know that Indicine will always inflate what SRK movies make on his instructions. In 2000 to 2006 all trade shouting hrithik replaces srk then trade bzy in saying ranbir is nxt replacement in 2007 trade in full swing saying akshay is new king after 4 hits in a row and now from 2008 sometimes amir beats srk and sometimes salman beats srk aahhh what a men he is

@asad srk was king till 2007… now he is overtaken… india and worldwide is currently ruled by salman and aamir.. don’t leave in past coz no one gives a damn about your past… people will see what you are today.. and don’t forget aamir had a 4-year hiatus from 2001-05 and salman was stuck in multiple controversies so it was only srk then but still he was defeated by hrithik thrice 2000, 2003, 2006… also he doesn’t have a single all time highest grosser… CE !!! nah it only lasted 4 months and it was not the all time highest grosser in overseas… and moreover it is just srk who calls himself as the king and his pr machinery spread it like a fire..
