Dilwale is showing positive signs on Day 3 at the box office. At most places that we tracked, the collections until 5PM on Sunday was at around the same level as Friday or a little higher. At quite a few multiplexes, the film is witnessing close to 95-100% occupancy, but the limitation of shows is holding it back in several cities.
Unless there is further growth in business in the night, the film is looking at net collections of somewhere around 22-23 crore on Sunday.
The other movie that released this weekend, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani is performing very well too. The word-of-mouth is terrific and the film has grown at centres where it didn’t open well on Friday.
Maharashtra is super-strong for the film, it has managed to edge out Dilwale here. Even in the state of Gujarat, Bajirao Mastani is performing as well as the Shah Rukh Khan starrer. Mysore circuit too is now neck and neck with Dilwale. The film is looking at 3rd day collections of around 17-18 crore.

Dilwale needs a big boost if it is 2 collect 200 cr in India.
BM’s budget is higher than Dilwale’s, acording to many sources, therefore it needs to do better numbers than Dilwale to recover costs or to have a HIT status in India only. In my point of view, it isn’t time yet for both movies to shout victory! Week days will be crucial for both giving their big budget
Dilwale should get today atleast 25 cr otherwise big drop await on Monday itself – today should growth atleast 25% minimum

It should do in the range of 24-25 crore. WTF is happening with Dilwale. I read some articles which said movie is very strong noon onwards and recording highest occupancies since three days.
It should go past 24 cr figure today. Otherwise it will be a big dissapointment :(
The way the gap is reducing day by day BM will suerly surpass Dilwale’s monday collections.

As you can see the there is very very very very minor drops only because the film was affected by protests.
And as usual critics will support bm no matters what DILWALE will be better than bm.because even though peoples are sleeping at theatres while watching bm.due to critics bm will score good up to Sunday,after Monday bm couldn’t sustain in front of DILWALE.
DILWALE IS A LONG RUN FILM.bansali will pay for his egoistic take against THE BADSHAH OF BOLLYWOOD.every friend of mine even some salman fans too are saying DILWALE is better than bm,so no need to sorry SRKIANS keep hitting theatres all the upcoming weeks upto NEW YEAR DAY,WE’LL HAVE TO SHOW THE POWER OF ThE KING OF BOLLYWOOD .

Dilwale was to collect around 80cr in weekend in worst case scenario according to #indicine. But it gonna collect only 62-63cr in weekend. Big question on SRK’s stardom!!!

Watch dilwale today very disappointed
Some people comparing Dilwale controversy with PK controversy. But there is a big difference. contraversy during that time was around the movie not to do anything with starcast. People became eager to know what is in the movie for which so much hophulla is going about. My father who seldom goes for a movie just watched PK to know what is so anti hindu in the movie for which protest is going on. So that protest somehow helped the movie instead of affecting it negatively. Here scenario is different. People are saying SRK is anti national and callling for boycott for all his movies. 100s of whatsapp msgs and facebook posts are being circulated requesting people to avoid dilwale if you are a true Indian and love your country.
Some of his fans predicted 60cr opening day for Dilwale. But right now that figure looks difficult to achieve even in full weekend… Hahaha.
At prdp time,srk fans barked but now their star’s movie is underperforming…don’t give excuses now cause you predicted 300 cr with clash for that

Finally managed to watch Dilwale
To be honest it’s just a decent entertainer.Considering the standards set by rohit the movie was fine but certainly it lacks the charm of srk-kajol’s previous movies.
What I found missing in the film was the fun elements which has been the high points in every rohit movie.Maybe he was pressurised to pay more attention on the romantic track.Also the twists were too predictable
Srk as always gave a commendable performance.You give him any role and he would make it his own.He has never looked more young.Varun went overboard at times but he was adorable.Wanted to see more of Johny as sanjay mishra.They were truly hilarious.Don’t know why kriti hasn’t been mentioned in many reviews.She looked brilliant in every frame.Kajol did well but her character was very irritating
The sets,songs,the performance and some really hilarious comic scenes make it a one time watch.Watch it without any expectations you would have a nice time but certainly as an Srk expected a little more
Terrific word of mouth more screen then dilwale protest againest dilwale even everyday more collection then dilwale it will cross 200 anyway so there are more days . both movies are same budget we will see from monday
