Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has refused to make any comparisons between the box office collections of his film ‘Raees’ and to the last release of his contemporaries – Salman Khan’s Sultan and Aamir Khan’s Dangal – both of which went on to collect more than 300 crore at the domestic box office.
“It is nice to know everything is going well. If we start comparing, then sky is the limit. Why should we compare only the last big hits like ‘Dangal’ and ‘Sultan’ which are much bigger hits than perhaps this film can ever be?” asked SRK, when the media questioned him about the constant comparisons between the box office collections his films to those of Aamir and Salman.
“Therefore, that comparison from outside is good but from inside we know the truth. ‘Raees’ has a limit and we are happy if the film reaches that” he added.
Shah Rukh also said the business of ‘Raees’ has exceeded his expectations and it would be wrong to compare his film with the other release last weekend Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’.
“Every film has its own place, own business. So it is weird to evaluate one film’s business with another (Kaabil) on the same criterion. Having said that, we knew we would have a limited business. At this point of time, we are little beyond that also. The film has done fair business than what we expected.”
Also starring Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Raees has collected Rs 93.24 crore in 5 days at the box office.

I am a regular reader n follower of ur site but i have never commented either on ur articles or comments from fans of different stars.
But after reading articles on raees n kaabil l m really disappointed from u indicine.
Being a trade analyst u know that kaabil is much better movie and is performing better with less number of shows, still u are biased while showing true picture.
I do not want to know the reason but plz consider it else you would lose ur sincere followers.

Every film is different and guys Raees performing very well despite big clash when Srk will release any movie with Universal apeal like Chennai Express and during EDX then we talk about records and comparison
While Raees overseas collection is 53cr till Sunday and Kabils 15Cr see the difference.

I will never come again as majority here are SRK haters & I cannot bearing all these false allegations upon him. All these day, they are doing only bashing SRK than complementing their stars. During Sultan : Raees moved away from Eid citing shooting not completed just after Sultan teaser was released. But makers announced as Eid 2016 release 6 months ago with much liked teaser. Sultan reigned on BO on Eid.
During ADHM vs Shivaay : ADHM won the clash but can anyone tell me what was SRK or his fans’ contribution in it apart from ranting against Shivaay ? Begaani shaadi mein Abdullah Deewana.

Even if we believe box office india, then kaabil has collected 61+ so far and by the end of 2nd weekend, it shd be around 80 crore…end of its run, it will be 90 crore..so its a hit co sideri g its budget 65 crore…i am wrong?..and indicine has already confirmed that kaabil is not earning as less as the trade is telling…so if boi tells 61 core the it shd be around 70 crore…
