Highlights of Bollywood 2015:
Highest Opening Day: Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan holds the record for the highest opening day collections of 2015 (27.25 cr). No other film has come close to challenging the first day total set by the film. Salman’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is almost certain to beat that total when it releases on the Diwali holiday later this year. It’ll be interesting to see if Shah Rukh Khan’s Dilwale beats the 27.25 cr figure to take the highest opening non-holiday for 2015. It’ll be difficult because ‘Bajirao Mastani’ is releasing on the same day, which also happens to be a working day.
Highest Opening Weekend: Salman’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan also holds the record for the highest first week this year. The film collected Rs 102.6 crore in its first 3 days. PRDP has more than a good chance of surpassing this figure, even though Sunday doesn’t come in the first 3 days (PRDP releases on Thursday, 12th November). The only other non-Salman film that has a chance is SRK’s Dilwale.
Highest First Week: It’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan again. The film collected Rs 184.65 cr in its first week. The outstanding word-of-mouth helped big time. Both PRDP and Dilwale will have to carry similar reports to challenge the first week total of the Kabir Khan directed film.
Highest Grosser: Will Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 321 crore) remain the biggest grosser of 2015? Or will the two other obvious choices go on be the highest grosser of 2015. That’s the big question as we head towards two of the most important months of the year – with two major weekends in Diwali and Christmas.

So Hahaha, criminal was coming after complete 1.5 years with a masala movie, and his previous movie was a blockbuster. So everyone including his fans were waiting for that movie hahaha. On the other hand, SRK was trying a highly risky venture hahaha with a poor story line hahaha. Despite of that , Ra-one collected 200cr+(worldwide) way back in 2011 hahaha. Unlike 2014 released flop ho hahaha. Only criminal fans like you can compare a sci-fi with a masala action movie and a 2011 released with 2014 released movie hahaha.
As far as clashes and holiday releases are concerned, no one is as coward as your criminal hahaha.
After “Ek tha criminal” he waited for 1.5 years as no festive dates were available hahaha. And when he was hopeless and sohail started bugging him, he had no option except releasing his crap on non-holiday hahaha. And rest all , as they say, is history hahaha.
Again, the most recent example is, Multan. When he came to know that there is no festive date available, he wontedly pushed it for Eid though shooting is yet to be started hahaha.
