The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) is the biggest movie website on the planet, receiving millions of visitors every day. One of the best features on the website is the ‘IMDb Rating’, which is based on user votes and reviews.
Movies that are rated above 8 are considered to be classics and anything above 6.5 is a good rating.
In the first part of the series, we will be analysing the IMDb ratings of Bollywood films featuring the top actors in Bollywood. This article will be followed by analysis of actresses, directors and production houses. The ultimate goal is to find the actors, directors and banners that have been churning out good films consistently.

Imdb cant be taken in2 consideration for bollywood!! It can just be noted for fun!! .. their votebase for hindi films is negligible!! If you look at the content … Last few films that I have admired includes Baby, Holiday, Gabbar is back, Tanu weds Manu returns, Bajrangi Bhaijaan… And PK was copy of OMG. In past movies like MunnaBhai series, 3 Idiots, Swades, Chak De India, Singham, ABCD etc are my favorites.
Box office doesn’t dictate which movie to watch… IMDB does.

@Komal Somebody compared Srk with Salman and had put Aamir on a pedestal which irked me.Srk has given more classics than Aamir so there isn’t much distinction between them when it comes to quality of movies.But off late yes Aamir has done far better movies than any other star
