Earlier, Ajay Devgn and Hrithik Roshan were expected to clash at the box office during the Republic Day weekend, what with Ajay’s Shivaay scheduled to release during the same weekend early next year.
However, yesterday it was announced that Hrithik’s Mohenjo Daro would be postponed to the Independence Day weekend. The producer-director of the film, Ashutosh Gowariker, made the announcement through a press release that was sent to the media. Soon after the announcement came another big news – Milan Luthria, the director of films like Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and The Dirty Picture, will be working with Ajay Devgn on a film titled ‘Baadshaho’ – which is scheduled to go on floors later this year and release in theatres on the Independence Day weekend in 2016.
The rest of cast of ‘Baadshaho’ will be announced soon.
The second announcement once again sets up a major clash between Ajay and Hrithik on August 12 2016.

Please don’t say Hrithik has no talent or ZNMD is a hit because of Farhan. It worked due to Zoya. She brought out the best out of Farhan, Abhay and HR. They are all talented people. If HR had no talent, he could have been Uday Chopra. Just look at the films Yash Chopra tried to launch him from Mere Yaar ki Shaadi, to Pyaar Impossible. They did everything. If you have no talent you can’t survive here.
Show me one superstar who has no talent. It is impossible to find. Don’t call HR as Bobby Deol. Watch Lakshya if you don’t believe me. He is one of the finest actors in Bollywood!

Ajay is a great actor no doubt.. I have loved him in so many films.. But as a star he doesn’t even come close to the Top 6 – which according to me is Salman, SRK, Aamir, Hrithik, Ranbir and Akshay. Youngsters will soon beat Ajay, if they have not already.

The title of the movie was justified by his character n he nailed it like a boss. Dharma produced Gori tere pyaar me, Hasee toh fasee n many flops. It was Hrithik’s larger than life perfo n Rishi kapoor’s epic ness that made Agneepath a monsterous hit. Bang Bang made 150/180 crs frm 3400 screens with clash with a highly critically acclaimed movie n with extremely negative reviews. Now go get a life n tell your idol to get one too. Bug off.

When Hrithik did Agneepath everyone said he won’t be able to match the great Amitabh Bachchan… but he did it splendidly well giving the character his own personality and avoiding comparisons.
See the scene where he says ‘Poora naam Vijay Dinanath Chauhan’ it was so well done. Hrithik is larger than life on big screen, a superstar.. Ajay can’t match it even in his dreams.
I prefer Ajay is roles like Bhagat Singh, Gangajal and OUATIM. He is wasting his talent by working in shit films to achieve stardom and failing badly at that.

Ajay is an extremely accomplished actor and almost always puts out good films and his filmography is quite diverse. HIs performances in Zakhm, Bhagat Singh, Gangajal , OUATIM to name a few are all outstanding. He’s been in the industry since 1991 and that alone is an accomplishment.

Okay, comparisons aside, but why can’t both the films become hugely successful? We have seen Lagaan-Gadaar, TZP-Welcome, JTHJ-SOS. Different genre, different fan-base, different target audience. Enough of this fan wars. If both the films are good they’ll eventually be successful!

Seriously both hrithik and Ajay in their league on his own.Hrithik fans can’t deny the Rakesh roshan role in his career as from knph to krishh in 6 years he had 3 success with him all with Rakesh sir,after than he became choosy and worked with franchise film but he also has tremendous talent which made him stand today where he is.
On other hand Ajay devgn hasn’t looks which Salman,akki,Aamir and hrithik,ranbir has which goes against him neither he has charm like srk.
He never backed by any top producer-director too.What he has just his acting talent which he utilised successfully no doubt Rohit came in rescue for ajay to made him bigger but don’t forget Rohit is nothing till Ajay joined him but Rajesh roshan was the well known director that time.
