With Holiday going on to be Akshay Kumar’s 3rd film in the 100 crore club, the actor shares the 3rd spot with Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgn in the all time list of actors with most 100 crore grossers.
Salman Khan continues to lead and with the KICK trailer garnering positive reviews, the Eid release is likely to be Salman’s 7th film in the 100 crore club. He now has three films more than the second best, his arch-rival Shahrukh Khan with 4 films. Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar share the 3rd spot.
Ajay’s films, except Golmaal 3, have all been controversial 100 crore grossers. While Singham and Bol Bachchan managed to just about cross the 100 crore mark, Son Of Sardaar fell well short, although the official numbers pushed the film into the 100 crore club.
Hrithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor have 2 films each.

@babaji:ra one sudn’t be in worst. That movie was a let down and was bashed by some critis. But atleast we can see vfx. They are ambitious and experimental and should be appriciated. Although,i agree it was scriptless. As for ett,i feel it’s better than the 3 movies of salman i mentioned. Haven’t seen golmaal 3 completely.

@js srk enter 100cr with ra1 not mnik(72.5cr ban in several states, february release) n after that he never failed to cross the mark, same salman enter 100cr with dabangg not wanted(66cr, eid release) n thereafter all his films cross 100cr. Amir failed with talash(2013, 2800screen post diwali release like ramlela) Ranbir, ajay, aki failed to give back to back 100cr, n hritic also failed to give hatrik 100cr as bang bang can’t cross 60cr mark

OMG- the self proclaimed resident drunk sorry critic of Indicine thinks bcoz a film has good vfx thrown in then it merits it not being labelled as CRAP…! Right in future films need not worry about a scropt, catchy dialogues, logical sequences, good storytelling bcoz only ingredient you need is Good VFX and bingo you will atleast get a good HIT verdict from Critic of the Year Nipin Senior…!
Great now Im gonna go off and see if I can ‘borrow’ some vfx technology from FilmKraft/ Red Chillies n make my dream project- The Awesome Frogman- which Im sure will get favourable reviews from critics like ‘nipin senior’ bcoz it will have an overdose of vfx n nuffin but it…!

Jai Ho was a profitable venture for its producers- not many shed tears for distributors but only when a rivals stars film fails then we all worry ourselves senseless about the poor old distributor n slam the producers…!
