Abhay Deol no longer in Rajkumar Santoshi’s film

The two leading stars of ‘Aisha’ were announced to star in Rajkumar Santoshi’s upcoming film after Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. Unfortunately, Abhay Deol, who was earlier confirmed to play the male lead, has decided to opt out of the project. Reason – The movie was supposed to go on floors early this month, but has once again been delayed.

Karan Johar’s Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, directed by Shakun Batra on debut, releases today. The film has a fresh star cast (Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor) and good catchy music as it’s major USP’s. It’s the second film from the Dharma Productions banner to release in as many weeks – Agneepath released on 26th January and opened to historic numbers. Can Ek Main Aur Ek Tu repeat the magic? Will it be back to back hits for Dharma?  We certainly hope so, as the pre-release reports are fabulous. Those who have watched it, have only good things to say about the film.

The most soulful track in Ageepath is Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin sung by the legendary Sonu Nigam, with music composed by Ajay – Atul. The scene is well directed and superbly performed by both the little girl and Hrithik Roshan – a lesser actor would have fallen flat in this scene. It was one of the most emotional, sentimental moments in the film too.
