We were in the process of upgrading our servers before the release of KICK and the server upgradation is now complete. Now with less than 6 days to go for the release of KICK and the beginning of a massive flow of big releases in the next few months, we’d like to know from you, our dear readers, which section on Indicine you like reading the most?
Box office collection updates: Reporting figures is something that we’ve been doing right from the time the site was launched in 2006-07 and the next few years will be no different. We are striving hard to give out quicker updates for big films, more accurate data as we slowly build our own network of exhibitors and distributors. But is this something that you like considering the fact that there are so many ‘sources’ for box office info now?
Photos and events: Those daily updates of photos from various events across Mumbai. Celebs at product launches, fashion shows, special screenings, success parties etc.
Polls / voting: Apart from those usual “How did you like the trailer of a film”, “The most awaited film of a year” etc we are also thinking about creating polls comparing first look posters of the next few film releases. Head over the comments section below and post your poll ideas too, if you have any!
Box office collections of one film vs another: Would you like to see more of box office comparisons between two films? For example, 2 States vs Ek Villain and Kick vs Chennai Express? If yes, pick this option in the poll below. Remember you can pick up to 3.
News updates: Those usual news updates covering everything about Bollywood. Movie announcements, cast announcements, statements etc come under this category.
Rumours: With the massive number of ‘reports from sources’ coming in these days, we have decided to clearly differentiate news announcements from the rumours. At the bottom of every ‘rumoured’ news piece, we will be mentioning the same. But are rumours something that you’d like to read about or should be completely avoid all unconfirmed news reports? For example, Salman Khan in talks for Dhoom 4 is a rumour until YRF make an official announcement, but it does generate tremendous interest around here.
Question and answers: You ask a question, we answer! It could be anything related to Bollywood. For examples -> Click here Do you like this section?
Apart from the above mentioned items.. reviews, first look posters, trailers etc will be published. If there is anything apart from these that you’d like to read, do post your ideas in the comments section below.

Things I want in my favourite website indicine:-
Daily update of collection for each and every a-grade film
Announcement of updated box office verdict of latest films atleast once in a month
Equal no. Of articles on 7 superstars(including ranbir) and 6 youngistaan stars.
Correction of verdicts of some past hits like parineeta,hera pheri,dostana,sarkar,black etc that u have termed as hits in certain articles but as avg in other articles.
Hope u take my suggestions into consideration as it will make indicine look better and entetaining to read.

Add career analysis(boxoffice verdicts with collections) of SRK,Salman,Aamir,Akshay,Ajay,Hrithik,Ranbir etc. And top 10 best movies of every decade,top 10 best acting performances of every decade etc…

One improvement which i want on INDICINE is that the collections of films shown on home page under boxoffice top 5 should be updated regularly…
For a regular reader like me it is easy to interpret that Humshakals b.o collections is not 53crs something which is currently shown,but a new user will think that Humshakals has collected 53crs bcoz there is no indication of time duration of these collections…

But indicine must start giving daily updates of collection and also give equal footage to youngistaan stars.yet to find ek villain 100cr superhit article and also there are far too many articles on 6 superstars.ranbir despite being a superstar doesn’t get same footage as khans and hrithik whilime my youngistaan team also gets fairly ignored
Hi @Indicine, my only request to you is try to answer as many as questions as possible in your Q&A question..i have asked a few questions which have never been answered yet..other than that as @Arjun Kapoor said, please post the BO verdict of some of the movies in last 15yrs..as that will silence doubters for good..rest everything is awesome about this site.. :)
I knw everyone in indicine feels irritated by my presence as I always for equality amonng all top stars and often criticise and praise every star unlike others who generally speak good things only abt their fav stars and say ridiculous things about others.
But I will always speak my mind and I believe one day indicine will start giving equal footage to all top 15 stars.youngistaan ki jai.youngistaan ki jai.

Please don’t publish Rumors and Photo and event. Box office collection is the one thing you should regularly update not just publish 2-3 day collection of all movies and then left out. BTW your site rocks….
