Salman Khan doesn’t care! The sooner the photographers realise this, the better. In yet another promotional event of his upcoming film ‘Kick’, the superstar was asked about the controversy.
In no mood to back down or apologise to the photographers, Khan said “I did not start this issue. I would be more than happy if this stand of not clicking my pictures continues. Had I been not present at that day, things could have gone even worse”
“It was the PR team who had called you all. You came close, you reacted. There were bouncers, the fight was with them, why you want publicity in my name? You got publicity you wanted. You cannot ban me. It’s your choice to not click my pictures or not”

“The good part is that the stand they have taken, whether it is good or bad, loss or profit. It’s a stand and it should continue. I want them to continue with their stand so much so that it brings me down to my knees and makes me apologise to them saying ‘don’t destroy my career'” Khan told reporters.
Salman was referring to the alleged brawl that took place between a few photographers and his own security officials at a night club event last week.
“I want those photographers to go back to the same bodyguards without Salman Khan and do the same thing, speak to the bouncers and bodyguards in the same way. It is because of me that they got saved that day” Khan said.
Even though the photographers have declared a strike against him until the release of Kick on July 25th, the superstar asked them to continue the ban even after the release of his film.
“Why remove the ban, keep the stand. It has became an issue, the ruckus was created and they got all publicity… so continue with it.”
Well, it has always been a love-hate relationship between the media and Salman ever since he made his debut in 1989. At the end of the day though, for Salman its my way or the highway, more so when the fault isn’t really his.

The photographers aka paparazzi are always sticking their unwanted cameras with flashy lights into celebs faces and their lack of respect for ones bounary n privacy is at times despicable…. They cause harm by their lethargic attitude towards safety hence the Princess Diana accident 1997 where afew sleazy photographers took images rather than help the injured in need of medical attention. Let them try to take the higher moral ground but truth be told its them who needs bhais pictures as most of them are probably freelance so sell these pictures to irk out a living… Bhai roxXxXx n Im sure his security entiurage where only doing their job protecting his boundary/ safety when the photographers went overboard…!

Definitely, the matter was blown out of proportion. Why are there security guards? To guard the actors, na? Why do they get too close to the actors so much so that the actors do not feel comfortable? Competition to take better pictures are among the photographers, right? Why annoy the actors?

Photographers and reporters think they can demand pictures and information from anyone, mostly from celebs. Anyone has the right to walk away without speaking to anyone. Only police and courts have the right to question anyone. When these photographers and reporters don’t get what they want, they resort to slander in the name of ‘allegedly’ and ‘reportedly’. Celebs are then forced to issue ‘clarifications’.
Muggers stop people and don’t leave them until they get what they want
