Dilwale has collected Rs 141.58 crore in India and around Rs 150 crore from the overseas markets in 17 days after its release. The worldwide gross collections of the film is Rs 341 crore.
Like we have mentioned in some of our previous reports, Dilwale is a hugely profitable film for Shah Rukh Khan. But individual distributors have lost a huge chunk of their investment in several circuits in India, and a loss-making film in major circuits for the local distributors cannot be declared as a ‘clean-HIT’.
Dilwale is ‘All Time Blockbuster’ in the overseas markets and an ‘Average’ grosser in India. Overall verdict of Dilwale is a ‘Semi Hit’.

All Khan films should be declared FLOP below 175 crores, no matter what their budget is or what distributors make. Khan films are supposed to set records, not be like other stars grossers.

its amazing trade always have in immense pressure in giving status to srk movie because to make all bollywood happy as we all know that there is srk vs the rest dilwale is clean hit clash with highly appreciated movie with full trade support while on the other hand bannes and wid full negativity dilwale will surpass 350 crr worldwide

An SRK-Kajol-Rohit Shetty-Varun Dhawan combo film struggling to reach 150 cr in domestic BO Lol!
Chaan se Jo tute koi Sapna, Jag suna-2 Lage.
Srkians dream of breaking Rajesh khanna 15 hit record made in 4 years, srk chasing with 11 hits with 2 controversial hits (Kank & Ra1) has doomed. Overall even if srk manage that, that will be great achievement but not comparable to Rajesh sir legacy.
And finally ‘K’ did wonders for as Kajol entrance made srk to go past Mnik 6 years old overseas barriar. Something to cheer for srk fans.

Last christmas released Pk had terrific wom and solo release among world n it collected around 198crs in First phase in Overseas.. As well as like Bajrangi Bhaijaan also had better wom and collects nearly pk around 194crs in overseas..
Now point is dat how Dilwale and Bajirao mastani’s combined collection in overseas be 240 crs..

In 2012, 2013 n 2014, Sarook gave fourth, third & third highest grosser respectively. It shows his consistency in lower side. Dilwale still has a big chance to be fourth highest grosser if crosses 152 Cr but it doesn’t deserve ‘Semi Hit’ Verdict.

Can we still be hopeful of srk breaking Rajesh khanna’s verdict? Or it had to be a clean-hit for qualifying.
I think it will just touch 150 crore in India and 170 crore+ in overseas..which is overall good collections in the clash if u do not compare it to previous SRK ,Salman,Aamir movies..SRk with good content and solo release easily can give 175 crore+ in overseas and 250 crore+ in India..
So SRK-Varun-Rohit shetty film flopped in front of BM. hahaha
