Those who watched the Wanted : Dead and Alive trailer with Love Aaj Kal last week, would be aware of the hype the movie has managed to generate. The noise was deafening throughout the short theatrical trailer of the film.
The trade expects the film to open big, given its mass appeal and the fact that the film stars Salman Khan in an action role after a long time should be enough to guarantee a huge initial. The rest would, quite obviously, depend on content.
Here’s our box office prediction for Wanted : Dead and Alive
- Opening weekend – 24 crores.. which should ensure a HIT (minimum) and the biggest opening weekend for Salman Khan.
- 1st week – If content is strong, should be close to 40 crores. Else should be in the range 33 – 35 crores net.
- If accepted, the film has strong chances of being Salman Khan’s biggest grosser in quite a while. Much needed for the actor!

all read it from a bollywood fan who doesnt live in india but iran. here after amitab bachan salman is the most popular. and i wanna tell you something. i hated hindi movies till 5 years ago. my first crush was hrithic and then a little shahrukh whom i cant stand anymore but hate salman. till i saw tere naam and i was shocked. i thought he sure die win an awars for that. but nothing. i watched many of his movies and today i think he is the most underrated actor in bollywood. you that talk about awards let me tell you something. in iran awards are not according to hits but acting even if it is 10 minutes. and now about salman acting. he never got award wether his movies were blockbusters average or flop. he had many movies that deserved awards. tere naam- jaane-eman- kyon ki(just because they were flop no one condiser them). and many more. he outed shahrukh in karan arjoon easily. i notice one more thin when a salmans movie is a flop they dont see anything aelse in movies. i mean look at yuvvreeaj or jaan-e-man with briliant music but no nomination cause they were flops. and also honestly how johm was nominated for best supprting actor for dostana but salman wasnt for heroes( a movies that i think you indians should be proud of). shahrikh is good actor ut just for overrating romantic roles to cry like a girl. i saw his action movies don and main hu na. really nonsense action. and much hyped om shanti om and rab ne jodi. juat same crying nothing more . so dont talk about awards that everybosy already knows about it. salman acts like a man not like a girl. i know you become very angry but for a salman fan like me that became his fan with his acting he is the best with someoned like amir. he is good in action romance comedy and many more and also after 5 years i know him as one of the best human beings.

SS: Do u really consider that crap crap crap kachra movie Jaanemann as a good movie?! It’s one of the worst indian movies which I saw so far.. that stupid director ( Farah Khan’s husband) who didn’t know anything in direction from a-z wasted out time by watching his work.. nothing to do with Salman’s acting.. but the movie was sooooo bad, as well as Yuvraaj which disappointed me. Subhash Gai who’s one of the best directors, making good movies, turned out to be this way!! If Yuvraaj was released during 70’s.. so it could’ve been a hit movie, but not for this decade.. the movie was boring and the direction wasn’t good. And Tere Naam was good.. I can’t deny that it was a good movie but I didn’t like the ending.
