Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan commands a fan-following that cuts across gender, nationality and generations. The actor is also known for going out of his way to be sweet and charming to his fans when he gets a chance to meet them.
One incident, the video of which was uploaded online recently, has Shahrukh and Deepika doing the ‘Lungi Dance’ for their young fan.
The video starts with a small girl cutely calling out to Shahrukh Khan, asking him to dance to ‘Lungi Dance’. Both Deepika and SRK hear her and do the steps – all this while preparing to shoot a scene for their Diwali release ‘Happy New Year’.

There is nothing big about highest grosser. In an SRK movies the chance of loss to producer and distributor is very less. But about the big loss of Jai ho.
Vikram’s “I” crossed 200 crore worldwide.Will surely cross the Robot’s lifetime. So will be consider him bigger star than Rajani. Or if a Ranbeer’s movie crossed 250 crore and became the highest grosser , will we consider bigger than SRK, SK?
Salman did same masala movies every year ,some time twice. Others waited for good project.

@shaheer : My claim about Salman bigger than Srk in India is not solely based on one or two movies. Salman broke opening n weekend records with ETT, Gave a 199 crs grosser (almost 200 crs) much before Srk touching 150 crs, 5 consecutive Blockbusters whereas srk managed to give only one BB but in that year there was no Salman release. Srk managed to break opening n weekend records with HNY due to a pure holiday release. Whereas Salman last two releases were released on a working day (opening day). Let him release any movie on a holiday like ETT you will know his stardom power !!!!!!!!!!!
Also Salman movies always high in foot falls. Yes, there were some failures but look at his record shattering movies. @ Hrithik, you still didn’t prove his bigger stardom. We are not talking about the past case to example ETT. Let’s talk about current status. ie 2014. I don’t mention about Jai ho , What about Kick.and BTW releasing date of HNY was not a full holiday across the country. In My state Kerala it was not an Holiday. Also HNY had big competition from Tamil film Kathi wich crossed more than 100 crore.
i am only talking about domestic collection , if we started to talk about the overseas collection you won’t have any hiding place.

@Sheheer : As per srkians, Salman was never bigger than Srk. Even when ETT broke opening and weekend srkians chanted anyone with holiday and open weeks can do it. So did Srk, whats special about it ? Secondly, Jai Ho was released on a non holiday (Repuplic Day was on sunday, if you dont believe check the 2014 calendar) moreover movie was not good due to poor production values and direction (No shame accepting bad as bad) and kick was released in Ramzan and again on a working day. FYI … All indian knows how big market Kerala is for bollywood movies. So you give no holiday in a tiny state and countable screens (for hindi movies) in Kerala. If Salman releases any of his movie on a Holiday (opening day) then records will be shattered. Wait and watch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@shaheer : Ask Srk to change Swades verdict to Super Hit / BB from his filmography. Can he ??? Swades was a super hit / BB in overseas but flop / average in Domestic. What impact did overseas verdict makes ?? HAHK was the first movie to open overseas collections, if you are not aware do some research. About remakes, Dabangg was not a remake and proved to be ATBB and career changing movie in Salman’s career. Also ETT is neither Remake or Masala again he gave highest grosser with it. This proves he does not need Remakes to give Blockbusters. Also check Srk list of hits, you will know how many Romantic sagas he has done. Where were at that time?? I m srk’s fan after I grow up srk fan base on lots of movies like bazzigar, devdas, chak due and lots of his others intense flick so I also not a veiwer of movie like kick , Hny, dhoom2 and that’s why I not even a single movie among these in theater . I don’t say that they should not want to do movies like this this is necessary too bt there is a limits you shouldn’t repeat same types of movies audience want something more from these biggies that’s why I criticise srk to for Hny after CE because as a srk fan I want even more and that’s why I had not watched Hny in theater bt khi na khi people like you and some other who only compare a movie with its box office collection make them to do same things like salman that’s why today he is not doing movie like tere naam and ham dil de chuke sanam ya for aamir I watched his last pk in theatre in a statement hrithik said not you actor hrithik that my performance appreciated in gujarish bt it not do well in box office I had lots of burdern bt now my agneepath did really well now I again want to do that type a movie which I like if in my attempt I failed than its balancing with agneepath so I salute him he has more courage… if he can take chance so why not salman who has more fan following ??? @fan pk : Individual opinions differs. I got your point but movies nowadays are all about demand n supply n more business than creativity. Salman acted in Phir Milenge which even WHO appreciated but what happened to movie ?? Like you said Tere Naam, one of the best performance of Salman where does it stand business wise ??? same for Dilse & Swades !!!!! Its Salman career let him decide it as far as audience get entertained they dont mind making such movies.

ranbir barafi, farahan’s bhaag milkha bhaag, queen, and lots of others movies are such an examples of success with class and in baarfi a hero earn more than 100 crore without said a single word. movies being remembered for long year like hum aap k hai kaun , ddlg, sholay their dialogue are still famous for example Obama said earlier bt you count blockbuster than can you tell me after some year in future you remembered ett ready, and bodyguard like hum aapke hai kaun , Maine pyar kiya?? never even all of these have blockbusters status but its contains which will be remember for long year. and ha tere naam comes in his bad phase of career still it did fairly well if it comes in this phase you know the result very well !!! did Swadesh , dilse, phirmilenge, only contains wise good movies which not performed well??? there are lots of other like jai ho which also not performed well bt why he say no for masala flick like bAjrangi b because he know very well it is not a risky deal.. for other example after success of dabangg he cash its success by made a movie which was not even 2 hour of length directed by arbaz he know very well fans comes bcoz of sequel of bb and less length means more show.. so its like cheating with fans and also they spoiled a good dabaang franchise too if they did worked little bit hard on it its became popular franchise like dhoom

@fan pk : As I said opinions differs person to person. But actors will do what majority of the audiences or fans wants. Currently, Salman fits in larger than life roles, I agree sometime he or his director overdo and make it looks like illogical or senseless still people love it bcoz it suits Salman. In CE, Srk gets beaten badly before he get up and thrash villain thats like a common man but if it had been Salman he would have thrown Thangaballi without any scratch to himself. It is not logical still people love to see him doing such action n things !!!!! Hope you got the point.
