Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has said that they did not increase the ticket price of his recently released film Bang Bang, like most big films that release during the festive season, and nor was the film a solo release (Haider released alongside), but it has still comfortably managed to beat ‘Krrish 3’ worldwide.
“We did not increase the ticket prices, our film was not a solo release and still it has surpassed the collections of ‘Krrish 3’ so I am very happy,” the actor told reporters.
When asked for his reaction on crossing Krrish 3, the actor said “I am very happy, but I don’t know what my father is thinking. It’s a one step ahead for me and it’s a growth. Start has been great, it crossed Rs 100 crore mark and that’s a big victory.”
The star is also happy that his kids, Hrehaan and Hridhaan, have loved the film.
“I wanted my children to like the film. They were so excited that I had to prepare them before making them watch the film. They saw the late night show and post the picture, they said that it’s the best film I have ever done. I am so happy and that reaction is the most important reaction for me,” said the star delightedly.
On his film getting mixed to negative reviews from critics, the actor said he he respects every opinion, including those from the critics, but is surprised that movies which opened to mixed reviews are those that go on to collect 100 crore or more.
“Every opinion matters to me personally. But whichever films have crossed Rs 100 crore in Indian cinema has got mixed reviews” he said.

On one hand, it had almost five-day-holiday weekend. On another hand, both Bang Bang and Haider have free runs until the release of HNY. Both films enough time to earn money if they are by the audiences. According to Fox Star, it has been released in 4300 Screens..
So, what is the fuss about? Graciously accept what the film is earning..
Besides, many have started questioning if the fox star have borrowed K3 Calculator and is using it for BO collections of Bang Bang.
I don’t know whether it has increased ticket price or not. But we have paid RM4 per ticket more than we had paid for Jai Ho ticket..
We can accept tat it was nt a solo release but cant accept tat ticket prices were nt increased.I saw kick as well Bang bang and i had to pay same price as kick for bang bang also,so dont give this shit tat ticket prices were nt increased.
Bang bang got unnecessary negativity from every corner…..in despite of this movie still holding very well on the indian box office….going to cross easily 170 plus crores…anyways hritik is looking so good in all pics.

I agree with whatever he said about BO. But I somewhat don’t agree with his opinion about critics. I know some critics are too moronic while some are good.
Among movies 100 crores ,there were movies like 3 idiots,Barfi,Agneepath,ghajini,BMB,jthj who got mostly positive reviews. Even K3,D3 had got good reviews.
About BangBang, it has got mixed reviews like jai ho,singham returns,holiday. Many critics have given it better rating than CE eg.anupama chopra,subhra gupta,raja sen etc.
But the thing is that some reviewers are too biased like Martin Dsouza,indicine,koimoi who gives 3.5-4 stars to even worse movies and for BangBang,they behave like a strict critics.
