We recently held a poll, where we asked our readers to vote for the Best Action Heroes in Bollywood. Here are the results.
- 5. John Abraham (108 votes) – Even though he has one of the best physiques in the industry, John has very rarely featured in action films. He was last seen in Force, which was an average grosser at the box-office.
- 4. Hrithik Roshan (362 votes) – Agneepath was one of the best performances of Hrithik’s career. He is perfectly suited for the action-masala trend of today, but known for being a perfectionist, Roshan has been extremely selective over the last decade or so. His other action hits are Krrish and Dhoom 2.
- 3. Salman Khan (823 votes) – Missing out on the second spot by just 18 votes is Salman Khan, who is without doubt the most bankable superstar in India today. His two upcoming releases – Ek Tha Tiger and Dabangg – are both action films that are expected to shatter box-office records.
- 2. Shahrukh Khan (841 votes) – Given his popularity and fan-following all over the world, SRK is likely to top almost every poll. His last two films – Ra One and Don 2 – were both action roles. He excelled in Don, but his performance in Ra One was far from convincing.
- 1. Akshay Kumar (1305 votes) – He is not called the ‘Khiladi’ for nothing. With more than 36% votes, Akshay Kumar has been voted as the Bollywood’s Best action star.
Others actors who were included, but didn’t make it to the Top 5 – Ajay Devgan (91 votes) and Aamir Khan (60 votes).

salman used double in ready and not many action scenes he did it’s hard to say he did them, as he uses double, then again his action in wanted and dabangg are just fake crap.
