Karan Johar’s evergreen romantic film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ completed 16 years yesterday. Shahrukh Khan the lead star of the film, thanked the entire team, including producer Yash Johar, director Karan, music composer duo Jatin – Lalit and co-stars Kajol and Rani.
“KKHH. Thank u Karan Kajol Rani Jatin Lalit…& everyone who made the film happen. And of course Tom Uncle (Yash Johar)” SRK tweeted.
However, SRK forgot to thank his co-star Salman Khan who made a guest appearance in the film. Salman’s role was considered important enough for him to win the Filmfare Best Actor in a Supporting Role award.
Karan Johar tweeted “16years ago…#kuchkuchhotahai.:.. the film that gave me everything I have today… indelible memories…”

Off course Salman, His entry made us hilarious. Before his entry movie was sucking.
As the actors find success and climb the ladder of the stardom or super stardom, they tend to slowly forget or ignore who they were and who have helped or contributed towards them. SRK is a perfect example. Earlier, he used to praise Salman a lot when he was a chota mota actor but as he has built his own stardom and fandom, he has started to de-recognize everything. Rather, he has started to take advantage through PR and media by manipulating Salman’s image.
In the 10-year-interview of KKHH, SRK said “without Salman, KKHH would not be this big hit” and “I was not as a huge star as Salman before KKHH.”

But KJo has always said that Salman was extremely generous to do KKHH, when nobody was ready to do Salman’s role. Salman did the film just for the fact that he admired Yash Johar!
That’s why I have started to admire Hrithik Roshan. He is never ungrateful! Despite being a superstar himself, he had guts and humble to make a big confession on a national TV. It’s rare!

It was srk that talked on the relationship with Salman on KWK! He has even apologized. But Salman has dismissed it calling it publicity gimmick. Because it was a personal fight, hence no need to talk on a public platform. He should have personally apologized Salman if he was really serious.

srk didnt forgot to thank salman but he knows salman’s rule- in friendship no sorry no thank u. salman was surprise package in kkhh thats y after watching the film i was more delightfull. salman made this 3 star movie to 5 star kkhh with his awwsome screen presence. love salman without him second half looked quite bore.

were falling asleep after srks boring unrealistic portrayal of a college kid- bhai saved Kjos debut film from flopping…
Audience will forever be grateful for our bhai to bringing some much needed relief to KKHH which was going nowhere in first half- bhais entry even til today ranks amongst the best ever- lungiwaales know this bitter truth hence they only see the first half of the movie which bores them to sleep anyway…. For us bhai fans we only watch the movie when the ‘saajan ji’ track comes on… This truly is a film of 2 halves…!
Our king didnt even thank lil anjali- she was the real star who was counter balancing the torturous overacting of our King n Farida Jalal….
