Shahid Kapoor married Delhi girl Mira Rajput in a wedding ceremony that took place in Gurgaon on Tuesday morning. Shahid wore a white sherwani and Mira was seen seen wearing a pink lehenga.
The couple will celebrate their wedding at a dinner organised at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon.
Shahid was seen shooting for a episode of television reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Ja’
and was later spotted at the Mumbai airport on Monday (July 6th).
After the wedding, Shahid and Mira will fly to Mumbai for a grand reception on July 12, which is expected to be attended by Shahid’s friends and well-wishers in the industry.
Shahid’s ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor Khan has also wished the actor all the happiness and joy in his marriage. “I wish him nothing but happiness and joy in his married life. I am sure Saif wishes him the same. It is a great journey and a great feeling.” she said in an interview.
