Ram Leela has passed the Monday test with flying colours as the film collected around 8.5 crore on its first weekday at the box office. The 4 day total now stands at Rs 60 cr.
Considering the star cast of the film, the first 4 day collections of Ram Leela is way above trade expectations. Even though Deepika Padukone is the bjggest female star in the industry, such numbers are difficult to achieve without the presence of a bankable male star.
Mumbai circuit has contributed around 26 crore to the total in 4 days which is phenomenal. Detailed territorial breakdown will be published in a while.
Ram Leela is an expensive film, so it is important for the film to continue its good run to make decent profits. The total costs including print and marketing is around 85 crore

- Saturday – 16.85 crore (7% increase)
- Sunday – 18.91 crore (12% increase)
- Monday – 8.5 crore (55% drop)

@X, dude this time boi gave correct figure of worldwide opening weekend for ce which is 159 crs.. Last time it was 167 crs because they added the overseas paid preview collection of 7.5 crs.. So reducing this 7.5 crs from 167 crs it will be around 159 crs.. So this time boi corrected their mistake.
Why do SRK fans drag SRK’s name everywhere? I am a SRK fan but now I feel ashamed to say so. Please don’t try to degrade other actors. There’s certainly some disagreement between the producers’ claim and the real collections, but please don’t relate that to SRK or Hrithik’s stardom
By the way ramleela is doing extremely well at the moment.. Its a sure shot winner..
I hav seen commnets saying deepikas star power is more than Ranbir and hrithik in that case Chennai express credit goes 50% to Deepika and 50% to Rohit shetyy then where is SRK ..

i have seen that indicine continuously skipping many update regarding D3,
1. they not even update any article about D3 Games which was launched almost 1 month ago on Windows mobiles now being released on IOS & Android, this game got 4.5/5 rating from users and has been download more than 1 Million users, nokia ovi store claims that it download 80000+ per day and what will happen when it will available on most using Android phones in India, simply one of the most successful games ever of any Indian movie.
2. no update regarding Advance booking started in PVR Multiplexes and other cinema halls
3. still no update about responses and youtube hits regarding Trailer and Dhoom Machale Song
4. no update about launching of D3 merchandise & toys though it launched today lets see if Indicine will update in coming hours
5. at the time of teaser released they said will publish D3 early prediction when theatrical trailer will release now 3 weeks passed since trailer release of D3 still no prediction
don’t know what problem Indicine have with D3.
