Ritesh Sidhwani has hinted that the much-hyped clash between Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and Salman Khan’s Sultan, could be averted. The producer said that Excel Entertainment will have a discussion with Yash Raj Films after the shooting schedule of both films are complete.
“Once both the films are done, we will sit and talk. Several films are announced but then they are moved too” Sidhwani told reporters.
Ritesh added that it’s a wait and watch game as of now, since ‘Sultan’ is yet to go on floors. He also said there is no ‘special intention’ to have a clash.
“Eid is next year and our film just has 20 days of shooting left. We’re working so that the film comes on Eid, because it is that kind of a film. Even they (Sultan) will also try for a similar plan but first let the shooting of their film begin and then we’ll see. There is no specific intention to have a clash.” he added.

It’s better if the producers of both the camps don’t take any decision in haste or else both the movies will suffer.Srk has rarely been beaten in a clash so it would be better if YRF postpones the film or else the history would repeat itself.
Even Ranbir kapoor defeated bhai in 2008 when his 2nd movie clashed with God Tussi Great ho.How could we expect him to take on the might of Srk.Even Srk’s not so commercial movie collected more than a masala movie in his so called bad phase.In case the clash happens it would be interesting since the real standings of superstars will be known
