There has been tremendous speculation over the release date of Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees. The trailer, which was cut a couple of months ago, was shown to select exhibitors too.
However, the makers do not yet have a release date and it’s not coming out with this week’s release ‘Dear Zindagi’ which features SRK in an important role.
“It’s not coming out with Dear Zindagi for sure. I read somewhere about this news and no, it’s not true at all” Shah Rukh said, rubbishing media reports of the trailer coming out this month.
The actor said, he doesn’t know the date yet, but the trailer should be out sometime in December.
“I don’t know the exact date. Hopefully, it should release sometime in December… It’s ready, edited and censored. We are just trying to formulate a plan to market it. There’s a way we want to launch it” Shah Rukh said.
There is talk within the industry that the Raees trailer is likely to be attached to the prints of Yash Raj Films’ Befikre.
Raees is scheduled to hit theatres on January 26 2017. The teaser of the film was released during Eid last year.
Seems Srk has no interest in Raees now.. lol
The trailer will be good i’m sure coz all srk’s movie had good trailers …. But makers r not luking confident on the movie.
No matter when they release Kaabil will thrash it.

I am sure, After watching Kaabil trailer, SRK is still in shock and confused about the quality and appeal of his Trailer which was seen in Kaabil trailer.
I think they will release Raees trailer on 26th Jan with Kaabil.

Raees is in a real mess . Eid 2016 was the best release date but they ruined it with their own hands . The trailer of Raees will give a clear idea about the plot, characters, story and the dialogues . If Raees fails Excel Entertainment will be in some serious trouble and face huge losses .
Haha he want to create some hype this time not like those old days when he used to release trailer 1 year prior and promoting every mall and marriage function. What is going on? Perhaps his old age are impacting him. See his desperation now he started booking rekease date wid director anand lal before it went on floor . I read some months back in indicine artical regarding this matter where chameleon ka baap srk said it is redundant to announce release date before starting the shooting of the film. He was pulling other actors leg now everything viceversa he booked xmas date before the shooting of that film happen ‘less than 2 months left still trying to create unnecessary hype of his stale movie raeese. He trying to be cool all the time in every interview but inside he is burning like inferno like his stupid fan sss,xzone (burnol time) when he tweets and unvield bajrangi bhaijaan first look he was completely sulked frm inside and was showing his fake smile all around. May be now he learnt that salman and aamir always reside on apex and srk will remain teesra khan competing wid his dawg turned enemy manupulative hrithik fosan srry rosan ?
I guess the release has been postpond for sure..

It’s sooooo hard to keep waiting !! But they are right, by releasing the trailer just a month before the release, the buzz won’t fade away as it did with FAN or Shivaay for expl.
If the trailer is Drakk then public will opt to watch Kaabil.

It’s a good idea to release the trailer 40-45 days before it’s release, people will only remember kaabil bcos of SRK’s Raees else it will be disable from everyone’s mind. Raees will not only close everyone’s mouth it will also create history of Republic day and hence it will be an event to release the movie on Republic day. What ever decision is taken by SRK we will accept it and watch the movie 3 times on the same day of release. It’s only Raees on Republic day

It’ll be fantastic if they attach it with Befikre , 14 days gap after the trailer , then comes the item no. from Sunny, then comes another soulful song after 7 days – and finally two terrific dialogue promos 7 days before release.

Raees makers want to serve Gharma-garam Raees on 26th Jan 2017 that’s why they decided to release Raees trailer in December.
After trailer release Raees will become every cinegovers first choice.
And Raees buzz will remain sustain till the release date.
While naKaabil has no buzz now.
So how can naKaabil generate buzz till its release date.
So Srk and Excels this decision will sure work for Raees.

I know SRK very well. He postponed Raees for two Reasons: 1- he has tremendous respect for yash Chopra and adi begged SRK to postpone after fan’s failure and SRK couldn’t say no to him.
2. Pakistani actress, the effect of intolerance comment. He simply couldn’t risk yet another movie after Dilwale and Fan…..
These Hrithik Roshan fans should understand one thing very clear that kaabil has to be on the level of BM so that it can survive in this clash. Otherwise get ready for another Mohenjo Daro ….

I always wanted Raees trailer to come in December somewhere 10 to 20 December.
