After crossing the 100 crore mark in less than 10 days, Ra One has been declared a HIT in India.
While the collections continue to fall, the film has done enough in it’s extended first weekend to recover it’s mammoth investment.
From here on, the SRK starrer is unlikely to go past the collections of Ready, Dabangg or Bodyguard.
Ra One’s life time collections should be similar to Aamir Khan’s Ghajini (116 crores).

Now that it is established that Ra.One cannot touch the business of Bodyguard in India and that it will fetch more revenues than the Salman Khan starrer in the Overseas circuit, the question being asked is: Is Ra.One a hit or a flop?
The answer is, it is neither a hit nor a flop.
Then what is it? Well, it’s a successful film but not big enough to be referred to as a hit.

ra one is a hit.devdas made on a budget of 50 crore collected around 33 crore in india.it was declared hit.the case of raone and devdas are exactly same.so no points of arguing whether raone is hit or not. the verdict given by BOI is final.BOI declared raone a hit film.so srk haters please accept the truth.better luck next time.

Well the fact is Srk lost to Salman in a very big way. Could n’t even beat salman ‘s lowest collections this year 125 crs of Ready. Put akshay Kumar in Ra1 and it will still manage a life time of 120crs. Now put Salman in Ra1 and it will do over 170 crs easily.
Dude Ra1 is an over budget movie. This movie should easily have been completed under 80crs but it went way over budget. Ra1?s life time overseas is going to be 10 millions and bodyguard was 8.5 millions with almost half the prints. Srk is loosing overseas as well.
This frustration can cause you big trouble in ur life. Just understand and accept what I have written here and move on in the life. Lets start comparing don2 with mi4? Shall we..eheheh
